We brought our truck here for an oil change. That's all we wanted and that's all we got. There was no pressure or annoying up-selling from the mechanics. We were so happy with their service, wait time, and price! Thank you!

I was getting tired of the cost and necessity of making appointments at my dealership for an oil change. I started going to Jiffy Lube and was very pleased with the speed, convenience, and transparency of their service. At this location in particular, I was due for a transmission fluid flush and renewal and took them up on the offer. The next day, I drove to Florida. On route, another driver brought to my attention that a cover or something was hanging down from under my engine. On my arrival to Florida, I made an appointment with the local dealership to make the necessary repairs. They indicated that it was a loose engine undercover that was broken at one bolt and needed replacing and they removed it. As they could not get the part in time before my return home, I did not have it replaced. On my return home, I brought the matter to the attention of Steve, the manager of the Jiffy Lube where I had had the transmission flush (which had necessitated the removal of the engine undercover before my trip). Steve checked the video and called me back to make arrangements to have my undercover replaced and installed by them at no cost. They did everything necessary to correct a problem that may have been caused by them in the first place, but did so without issue, argument, and completely to my satisfaction.

Steve and the team at this specific location always go the extra mile. Great customer service with a smile. High degree of integrity and extremely trustworthy & knowledgeable staff.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and always get great service and find the employees are not as pushy trying to add on stuff -sometimes even tell me I can wait for some service I thought I might need! Really appreciate their professionalism and honesty.

Good service but don't buy a 39.99 cabin filter from them when you can get one for under 20 bucks at canadian tire so yikes. Other than that everything was great.

We brought my grandma’s car there for a standard oil change and it couldn’t have been easier… they were very professional, thorough, quick, and never tried to upsell anything! I’m genuinely impressed with the experience and will definitely be taking my own car there for my next oil change!

Great service and team! Carlos changed my oil and visually inspected my car and unlike other places, they did not try and upsell anything. They simply provided me with details and the best option for my vehicle. It was quick, easy and affordable. Thank you for the great service.

Great store and staff. I'm not sure if he's the manager or the owner but the older gentleman that works there really goes above and beyond. I went into another spot and I had an older truck at the time and they had no clue what they were doing. I came into Jiffy and told buddy would happened and he said I don't care what you drive haha if it has oil change it. Great overall experience.
