When I ordered the glass I explained that we needed something that would be slightly elevated off the table and that if we could have something made like that, it would be good. I phones for quote and was advised to send in email with specifications. I do not believe this is very good customer service since today many people still prefer to have phone quotes done in a timely fashion. Maybe need to look at your policies on providing quotes. Will not call there again.

We ordered a custom round mirror. It was quoted for a week, but after 1.5 weeks and still no call, I called to check and it was still not completed. This is a minor inconvenience, and the mirror was completed and looks excellent, but I did not find the service to be exceptional. We did get some help from the staff when loading and packaging the mirror, which was a big help. Overall, good but not great.
