Got the IPTV from here. Had some issues with setup. However I was able to get them to help me walk through it over the phone. Great prices and good service. Definitely recommend this place!

I broke my phone and was recommended Toto by several of my friends.I gave my phone to Toto and it was fixed the next day. After that I had an issue with the SIM Card and I called Toto and the gentleman at the store walked me through step by step how to fix it over the phone. Amazing customer service. Great people

Very unsatisfying service. I went to the location in the Gibraltar market, asked the guy for a screen protector for an s8. He seemed very preoccupied on his own cell phone and sold us the wrong case. When I got home to put it on, it's for the wrong phone. Yes, I should have looked at it first, but as a sales associate, you should make sure you're selling the customer the product they ask for. I called to have an exchange, and got told they dont do refunds or exchanges. Not even when it was a mistake on your end? Hmm..I got told to go back to see him and maybe he can help me. Or come in when the manager is in. I asked when he will be in, she says she doesmt know he comes and goes and comes to repair phones and leaves. Horrible service. I WILL be getting my money back and will not return or recommend this company. Very low knowledge of product and management.

They sell you equipment and then two months later no longer provide the service, nor reply when you have questions. Shady business. I tried to call them them three days ago, they now say We don't sell or service that product anymore" the same one they sold me just two months ago."

Very good serviceAll round quality customer services. Not many stores out there are so good at communicating with their customers anymore but these guys really do go the extra mile. Prompt battery exchange for my Nexus 6P (under 2 hours in total). Phone works perfectly after the repair and I'm seeing single digits in my battery life for the first time in years!I was worried there might be slight aesthetic blemishes on the phone, due to it being a tough phone to repair. I'm happy to report that there were no issues and that I got the phone back in the same condition I left it there in.

I would not reccommend this shop at all.I needed my screen replaced. I have had this service done at another shop before but that shop charges twice so I shopped around for other prices. Totos price was cheap so I used them.First thing that tipped me off was that they needed" my phone over night even though the first shop could do it in 20 minutes. Second thing that gave me a red flag was that when I dropped off my phone they asked for the password tomy phone which the first reapir shop did not need.I got the phone back and it has clearly been tampered with. For 2 days it would not send out text messages. There are contacts missing from my contact list and the sound no longer works!! I cant listen to music or watch videos and the ringer doesnt even work!! None of these things were wrong with my phone when i dropped it off.Do not go to this repair shop or any by a similar name. Shifty!!!!Update: screen also does not work well. Whenever it is cold outside the glass must warp because it starts to press buttons on its on AND phone has randomly developed issues connecting to wifi. So many more issues after "repair" than before.No way would Igo back even to try to rectify issues. $ wasted."

Best prices for phone repair in London. I had. A Broken screen on my iPhone and was shopping around for the best price and came across this place. Very friendly and fast. I got my top speaker and screen fixed in 45 min. I also bought a new case for my phone for a very reasonable price. Highly suggest!
