The best gym around. Michelyn and Coach Stephen are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The coaching at this gym is top tier, coach Stephen is a masterful resource of all aspect of combat sports, and knows how to get the best out of his students to help them achieve their goals. Coach is very supportive and fosters a sense of unity and respect among members of the gym. Strongly recommend checking this place out!

Stephen is a knowledgeable and approachable teacher. The gym is really clean and safe. I really enjoy training there as it is a positive atmosphere and people are really friendly. Totally recommend !!

Been to many martial arts facilities this is hands down the best .my son has built a relationship with coach and loves going to class .my son's been going to this gym for 4 years and there is nowhere I would rather him go ...coach Stephen is a remarkable coach and roll model for my son and can not thank him enough. He has given Ryder the confidence and courage to handle any situation in everyday life not just with self defense but teaching rhyder right from wrong and self discipline..helping rhyder focus and burn off energy in a positive way .not many coaches will spend as much 1 on 1 time with the kids as Stephen does and take the time to teach each child individually..even thru covid they have kept everything rolling and found alternative ways to roll and train..if your looking to have your child trained properly in self defense this is hands down the best place to go...highly recommended ..

Highly recommend Dragon's Den!!! My son have been going here since grade one and now in grade five and goes 4 days a week, and my 7 year old daughter also attends. They both do jiu-jitsu and kickboxing and ABSOLUTELY love going. Both my kids have learnt so much and have gained so much confidence. The coach Stephen is an AMAZING coach who's works amazing with kids of all ages, he's so calm and also super fun and teaches kids so much knowledge. My kids love rolling and having one on one with coach the most!!! Can't thank this place enough for everything they have done making my kids have a positive future in a clean, positive fun environment! Best place around !!!

I have been going to dragons den for over a year know. I have been to a few different martial arts gyms and dragons den has had the most effective learning environment and techniques. Dragons den has improved my boxing skills drastically. This is the best martial arts gym I have ever been to.

Very clean and professional classes, the gym is well trained in all martial arts forms. If you want a great work out and to learn a new skill this place is it.

Dragon's Den Martial Arts is such an excellent place to take your kids to learn self-defense. The coach, Stephen, is so fantastic with the kids. Not only is he an exceptional instructor, he teaches good values and morals. My grandson has been at Dragon's Den since he was 6 years old. He is so confidant and strong in what he has learnt. Im so proud of my grandson and Coach Stephen for teaching him to be such a strong, confidant, good person!

I wish I lived closer and could sign my kids up to train here. I watch my nephew Rhyder continuously improve in not only his skills in the gym but his manners and his character outside of the gym. His coach gives him not only strength and confidence but the wisdom to know when and where it's appropriate to use your physical abilities. I recently had the pleasure of joining this gym and it has been incredible. The gym exceeds any expectations. I originally joined for kickboxing but got absolutely hooked to their jiu jitsu program, it's become the highlight of my week and I always look forward to showing up. I can't recommend Dragon's Den enough. It's a place where you can challenge yourself physically and mentally, learn valuable skills, and become a part of an amazing community.
