It was my first time buying here and I don’t know how the menu works. I tried the bento one and didn’t know that there’s like actually two sides on it, just very confusing. Then the cashier was kinda rude, she made me feel like I need to hurry to choose my side even if there was no one behind me and the way how she talks to me were rude. That’s the reason I gave just 4 stars, but good is still good tho.

I mobile ordered sushi to be ready at 11:20 AM this morning. Arrived at 11:25 only to discover that not only was the order not ready, but it had not even been started. I waited until closer to 11:30 before articulating to the staff that I had pressing commitments and needed to go and wanted to cancel my order, and they said it would be ready in 2 minutes. I didn’t leave the store until 11:36, and in fact had to return shortly after as they had not included part of my order. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that despite ordering ahead of time, I still waited an extra 15 minutes. I will not be using this location in the future as what is the point in mobile ordering you have to wait for your order upon arrival?

Worst edo I've ever eaten at, complete waste of money. If you like chicken that's SUPER dry and sushi that's below-average then come to this location. BARF

I ordered a sumo size chicken teriyaki on rice. This is a regular size. I ordered plenty of times at other edo locations and it way bigger than this. This place is such a ripped off. Don't come here unless you have yo and make sure you double check your sizes and orders.

Good experience eating here. Came at 3pm and we had the entire store to ourselves. Good food and fast service. Definitely a recommendation!

Extremely rude lady. She was not happy that we ordered 20 sushi. I could still see its 9pm on the clock whereas the store closes at 10PM. The food is great but the customer service is very very poor.

Used to be very good, but today we got severely burnt salmon in the salad. Disappointing.UPD: after the bad experience a year ago I wanted to give them another chance yesterday, but the rolls I shared with my wife gave us both a horrible food poisoning. This couldn't have been from anything else, since they were the only food item we shared. Both of us woke up next morning thinking we'll die. Stay away for your own safety.

The staff was friendly and the service was excellent! The amount of food served is less than they used to serve, probably due to the new smaller takeout containers. Food was still delicious nonetheless. Very interesting snacks and treats area. Will have to try the KitKat next time.

Staff were friendly and food was about 4 minutes which is pretty normal for Edo japanI normally stay away from this costco area but I was picking something up from Home Depot so popped in. Lunch was delicious!

We order Edo once a week, because my kids and I usually love it. This is the third time in a row we’ve received an order from this location that was terrible. The veggies and meat were burnt. I didn’t get the extra veggies I payed for with my beef and noodles. My daughter got like 4 tiny pieces of burnt broccoli and beef on her noodles. The sushi was all falling apart and made so sloppy, I get it, you’re not sushi masters, but come on! This is the last time we’ll be ordering from this location.
