Staff said after refuling my car that bathroom is reserved for staff onlyThis is unacceptable and I am not IMPRESSED I will never buy fuel ever again form there staff was rude as well about it1

My visit to this gas station was probably the most terrible experience that I've encountered in more than 35 years of driving.The washroom was dirty, toilet paper in different places, the sink was dirty as was the toilet. When I went to wash my hands no soap could be taken from the dispenser, because the dispenser was broken. Ironic, given the fact that they have a sign on the back of the door of the same mushroom promoting cleanliness, i.e. be sure to wash your hands. There was also no paper towels available in the paper towel dispenser. This is a his and hers washroom the only one they have at this gas station. As far as the soap is concerned I told the man behind the counter, there is no soap he told me take some from the small employees think that they had behind the counter.As I usually do when doing Google reviews, I decided to take pictures of the washroom please see attached, and a few pictures of the the store inside. When I did this the employee became upset and confrontational, advising me that I can't take pictures there. He was quite obnoxious and most definitely rude. When I left the store, he chose to follow me out from the store advising me that I should take the pictures off of my phone. Something about in his opinion it's not a public place and I can't take pictures there. He asked my daughter what if I came to your house and took pictures there!?! Awesome person if that's what it was trying for. Thanks Bala for showing me that going to this Shell location is a definite No!This is most definitely not a place to go to if you want to find a clean washroom and most definitely nice friendly and courteous service. There is a very nice Esso on the opposite corner should you choose to avoid what I and my family went through this evening.

Standard Shell gas station. Standard corner on 41st and Granville with corner access. Has a propane exchange centre.Great place to fuel in the evening. For some reason it doesn't get too busy there.Looks like there is a roll back on airmiles rewards. Can't get or build them up like you use to.

Ps, I did throw away my cup, the photo was just to prove a point. I also asked how long the coffee had been sitting there, I added 6 creamos and it was still dark brown...in desperation to stay awake, I bought them regardless. But undrinkable. We threw them out.

I work at a Shell gas station and there is an offer going for shell select water (2 for $5 something), this very honest gentleman “BALAJI” who was working as a cashier at this location, first refused to scan the water case and then argued that there is no offer. When I explained him that I also work at shell and also showed him promotion sign, he argued instead and said he will only charge it for the regular price. Such response coming from a sales associates is way worse than expected. They need to learn customer services, and should remove the promotions that are not working. The owner should take some kind of action otherwise I will contact to head office. As a Shell worker, I am well aware of the Shell’s customer servicing and valuing the promotions that are displayed.

Standard busy, clean, large format gas station at major intersection with Full and Self Service and Convenience Store. Full service is at the same price as Self Serve.On this date, Full Service was very slow to have attendant come out to begin fueling, even after going inside to ask. Cashier requires better customer service training. 2 stars due to the foregoing, otherwise if one just comes in for a straight Self Serve fill up without staff interaction, they would get a better rating.

Teach to employees how they can give access of fuel I wish I can give less than one star

Today I stopped to fill my gas tank and dropped my wallet or left it on the counter. I didn’t realize until about an hour later. I called your station and the same young women who served me said my wallet was there. When I drove back and picked it up all the money was still in it and Puneet the women who was behind the counter refuse to take a cash offering of thanks.I just want to say how her kindness made my day. I am so thankful to her and hope she is a valued employee in your company. Truly honest employees are hard to come by and you have a gem in Puneet ❤️

The Mgr claims my purchase did not go through. My bank says it did. The Mgr says here's a print out that says it didn't. Mgr won't give me a refund and the bank won't return my money. This is a very clever scam. Any one else experience this?Update reply to Mgr May 7.2023Your link to further send details to does not link to anywhere. Your attempt to satisfy customer is in poor taste and non professional. Mgt, you are not honest and I will not come again. Full circle is coming and your losses will come.

I went to purchase gas and lottery tickets. For some unknown reason, the staff were very rude and gave me the attitude all the time. I will choose Chevron next time :)
