My hair was damaged to begin with and when I went in to get it coloured (I believe her name was rose or something). She told me my hair was pretty damaged but she can change the grey to a nice mahogany brown. Didn’t say that it would fade in 3 weeks. I spent almost $400 on brown hair that lasted 3 weeks. I went in to complain saying I shouldn’t have spent that much money just for it to last 3 weeks and they got 5 of their employees talking against me at the front door saying why it happened instead of giving at least half my money back. I didn’t even expect full money back. But I should not have had to pay for this. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed in this salon and I will be telling all my friends not to go here.

Amazing experience! This was my first time doing a balayage and I went to this salon after a lot of research. And the result is way better than what I had expected. I mean, the pictures speak for themselves! An extra star to Tonia for being so patient when the color didn’t come out the first time and she had to do it again. She makes sure you leave the salon with a smile on your face. Thank you Tonia :)

Prior to booking, I did call and ask if they knew how to cut asian mens hair. The receptionist said yes at which I booked an appointment with them at the next available slot which was later at 430pm that same day. When I got there, the stylist assigned sat me down. I showed her a photo of the haircut that I wanted and she immediately admitted that she couldn't do it. Okay then. So she referred me to the other stylist. The new stylist did not understand the instructions not did have the complete tools to meet the needs of my haircut. She just kept cutting until it was way too short. The haircut was terrible but I thought I could salvage it with product. When I got home, I saw so many uneven cuts which is really frustrating. I could tell she rushed my haircut just because she saw the disappointment in my facw. Please do NOT go here if you are a male, moreso with straight asian hair, looking for a clean haircut.

I used to love this place, the people who'd cut my hair would really get what I wanted, it wasn't too expensive, could talk to my stylist easily etc.. But the past few times I've been here, I had to fix my hair when I got home. From trying to push a certain cut or look on me I didn't want, forgetting to thin my hair/barely thinning it, asking for my hair NOT to be blow dried but still pulling out the dryer, and she said I wanted a messy look" when I had to bring my curls back

The service at this salon was amazing! I loved the blowout Nadia did on my hair and can’t wait to wear it out! I will definitely be coming back soon

I got my relaxing done with waves Saloon and spa , it was a wonderful experience, my hair look totally different frizz free and softer than ever. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me their honest advice. I’m definitely going back there. Highly recommended.

Was a regular client but I’ll not be back again. Called in for colour change and the experience was horrible, not only did they rush me out but they let me leave with WET HAIR!! I’ve had my hair done plenty of times and not one salon let me leave with wet hair. Forget the styling but wet hair? Had to book somewhere else and get it dried and styled and the salon was shocked that this even happened to me. Oh and I had to pay $200 for a solid black colour I asked. Such a rip off when on their website it says $50. The lady who did my hair said she doesn’t have time to style my hair since they closed at 5 and it was 5:30 but on Google it says 9pm. Will not be back again.

We go regularly and love it. Last time I took my daughter and got her hair cut and washed. On the phone they said there was a special price for kids 14 and under. She is 14 and it was still $84 for cut, wash and style. I should have posted this earlier but my daughter loves them so much there but can't afford the prices.

Worst salon I’ve been to. The cleanliness standard was just not up to par, none of the brushes they used on me were sanitized, the bib they used stank and had flaky dandruff and product all over it, they dont use any heat protectant on your hair for blowdrying. Also felt like I was getting scalped by the hairdresser’s claws . Just a terrible experience, not worth the money at all.
