Exceptional service and great price! We had an issue with a flat tire and they came out to Stanley Park to help us out. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to bike around Vancouver.

I was a visitor from Toronto. On Sep 13, 2021 around 12:00 pm, after I paid $73.50 for the rentals of two bikes in the company Van city bikes in BC. I found out that the return time of 5:00 pm is too early for me. So I asked the staff whose name was Holly for a refund. She said she did not have the authority for the refund. And the owner of the shop was out of town. She suggested me to send an email to the owner Shane Cooke and promised that I would get the refund. I send out the email with the transaction reference number 3941 as instructed and left the shop.After that I have contacted Shane Cooke a few times on phones and via emails. Every time he promised he would refund me. But I have never received the refund. And I didn't receive any response from Shane Cooke as well. This is a business fraud.I reported it to the Best Business Bureau in BC. They opened a case but later replied me the company had never responded to their request. So they closed the case. Then I have reported it to the Consumer Protection BC and waiting for the reply. I hope the government department can do something to stop this bad business behavior. I hope you can learn from my lesson before doing any business with this Van City Bikes.

What an amazing experience! Friendly staff, great location & reasonable rates. The staff took the time to find a bike and helmet that fit my 10 & 13 year old.We recommend this place to everyone!

Rented 2 bikes to explore Vancouver for a day in August. Easy process, friendly staff, comfortable bikes in good condition with rather simple locks. The shop is ideally located pretty close to Stanley Park. The only thing was that there was no bell on one bike and we noticed it too late to get back. Otherwise great experience, would absolutely rent there again !

Good bikes but not fair at all! They close at 5 pm, and we rented out bikes from 230 to 430 ... he charged us for 1 hour extra when we arrived at 4:50 pm. I wouldn't recommend their deal.

The whole family had a great time renting bikes with Van City Bikes and Skis. Bikes were great quality and enjoyable to ride. Holly took care of us and was super friendly and informative. I highly recommend these folks. Thank you guys!

Tried to book a bike service last week, my appointment was cancelled within 10 minutes as ‘no mechanic available’. I tried calling to for an appointment instead of booking another appointment online that could get cancelled. No one answered the phone. So I gave up and thought nothing of it until I saw that they still charged my credit card despite cancelling my appointment. Numerous attempted phone calls unanswered and no option to leave a voicemail. I even tried to go to the shop but it’s not open to the public. Absolutely terrible service, would not trust this place.
