Excavation Terrassement Moderna

I had a great experience with Terassement Moderna. When I asked for a quote on the website, Marc reached out to me really quickly and came to my house for a quote within days.I hired them for an excavation job and some small landscaping to fix my backyard. Marc gave me a couple options and was really honest about what would be in my best interest without pushing me to opt for the most expensive solution.Marc was always reachable for questions. Most of the work was done by Dany. He was really professional and gave me a couple of advice to finish up my backyard which were really welcomed.Overall, I was very impressed with their work!

Nous avons acheté une maison et les drains français et autres travaux pour près de 75 000 $ venaient d'être faits par Moderna. À de multiples reprises nous avons tenté de les rejoindre par téléphone, par courriel, aucun retour d'appel. Les drains ont été installés et raccordés de façon illégale et ils le savent. La dalle de béton reste depuis ce temps saturée et constitue de multiples problématiques. Je ne vous recommande pas du tout cette entreprise.

Excellent service . Travail bien fait . Très honnête . Au final les travaux ont nécessité moins que ce qui était prévu à l estimé et Marc a été assez honnête pour diminuer la facture . S il ne me le aurait pas dit je ne l aurais pas su. Très professionnel et à le soucis du client! Excellent !

What a great experience. From the moment I initially contacted them to the completion of my project, they were a pleasure. Very efficient and wanted to make sure I was happy. Martin, Dany, Marc, Stephane were fantastic. Left my property very clean afterwards too. As with every project, you change your mind while it's happening...and this company is open to that and they don't try to nickel and dime you. Honest, friendly, professional and prices you can't beat. I only wish I met them when I first bought my house and hired other , less honourable companies. Keep it up boys !

It's really a shame to still see so many good reviews which also made me contacting this company, but in my case, probably because was involving some plumbing work (replacing the water entrance line), it was a complete disaster.They came completely unprepared (no necessary tools and materials), did a lousy job, it leaked again the next day, excavating again and replacing the wrong coupling they installed first, leaving without even starting the preparations for the uni-stones which supposed to go on top of this and obviously requesting a partial payment in cash.But the worst part is that now, after 1 year and a half, the pipe failed again, is winter already and I can hear again that noise coming from the basement which everybody with a broken water entrance pipe knows very well, so I have to do everything again, including the nice double driveway in unistones that I installed eventually with another company.So,... good luck with them!

Very unprofessional and terrible service. The retaining wall cost over$30 000 and was damaged less than two years later. Very unresponsive and refused to fix the issue. Do not recommend!
