Have had positive experiences in the past. Disappointed that in September 2022, Sprouts is mandating masks for kids 2+. If someone wants to wear one, sure but requiring it for young kids simply playing is ritualistic hyper safetyism. Everyone at this point has some level of protection through prior infection, vaccination or both. Sprouts is only appeasing a hyper tribe of media addled and anxiety riddled adults. Time to move on.

Showed up on a Monday for the 11:15 play time only to find out the playground was closed because of a class. Seemed like something they could schedule around given they only have 2 play times at day. Don’t think they appreciate the effort involved in getting a toddler ready to go in the morning..

We’ve been there once, the place is clean but do not have many toys for babies, more suitable for toddlers to climb and run. Honestly there isn’t many choices for small babies so we are okay. However the next time when I book a drop-in, my baby was showing some coughing the night before the booking. I called them to see if I can move the appointment to next weekend, the answer is No. The payment went through when you made the booking, and it’s final sale regardless of sickness. So parents, be aware of their policy, especially in the winter season where small kids are highly likely to catch some cold. In this case, your money will be wasted.

Pretty upset to arrive and be denied entry because my British au pair did not have her vaccination card with her. Was not aware of this rule, and did not see that on the website ( which has not been updated since 2020). They were also going to make my son wear a mask to play which is fine, but had I known ahead of time probably would have chosen a different location. The woman at the front desk was also pretty rude about it, while we were standing there with a crying toddler and 7 month old…. Ended up going to Jump for Joy on Danforth and it was so lovely and they were so welcoming.

Great place to spend an hour with a baby. They have lots of slides, trampolines, and tunnels for the baby to walk through. They also have free coffee and tea for the adults. Overall a good experience.

Our 1 and 5 year old had a great time exploring and having fun! Sprouts also has a location with classes for kids over 8 for coding/older activities.Great facilities for changing diapers, nursing and a little eating area for lunch/snacks. Coffee/hot chocolate provided, and diapers if you forget.Classes available for a variety of dance/gymnastics.Bring a spare set of socks or they have some for a nominal fee they donate to charities.First visit free if you aren't sure about this place!

LOVED THIS PLACE!We took our 15month old here and he had a blast. The indoor playroom was spacious, clean and well kept. This place is very well thought out. Making it very comfortable for both baby and adult. They have a snack area, free coffee and tea, changing tables, nursing room, healthy snack machine, you name it. What we we really appreciate was how clean everything looked and feels.-I read the other reviews and I agree the fee structure could use improvement to encourage customers coming back. It would be ideal to be able to buy 1 pass for a slightly higher fee, longer than 6months expiry. And I don’t know if this is the case now, but if we sign up for classes it would be ideal that the playground is available for play prior and after.

The baby gym classes are so much fun! A bit pricey ($30) for 45 min though.

Drop-in indoor playground is available to reserve online now. There are different baby gym toys especially interesting for toddlers. My baby is shy and nervous in the new environment but she likes the music there and try to explore some toys later. The stuff are very friendly. Recommend for active babies.
