I asked for warm natural highlights and ended up with bleach blonde chunky highlights.. save yourself the money and go somewhere elseEdited to respond to owner: um no, your management did not reach out to rectify. I called and complained to try and get some money back so I could get my hair fixed somewhere else. Your salon policy is to fix it for free in house, fool me twice shame on me. As if I would trust your salon with my hair again. What a waste of $300..

Love Raven Hair Co., everyone is so nice from the moment you come in. This is my second time getting services done by Emily and she’s fantastic. Very warm and friendly personality, and super talented for her age. The salon itself is such a lovely space with amazing vibes. They also have a large selection of products for your hair for purchase at the front. Great place and will be going back there when I’m due for a little touch up.

There are no words to describe how Martina has changed the life of my hair! A year ago I had hair that needed serious help, and now I have Instagram worthy tresses. Martina’s expertise in cutting, colouring and products has helped me immensely. I also love Raven Hair Co. as a salon itself. It’s super clean, the staff are inviting, the price point is fabulous and the product selection is great. 10/10 recommend!

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff, super friendly from the front door, to the chair. It has been a few days since my impromptu visit at the salon, which they happily took me as a walk-in booking. It was time for the ‘Big Chop’ and honestly my hair is an huge part of my personality so I want to say another thank you to Alexis. You are wonderful, attentive and oh so talented. This is possibly my favourite and most versatile cut I’ve ever had. I’ve been absolutely thrilled. Thank you =]

I have never in my life enjoyed coming to the hair salon since I constantly worry about the results (so many bad cuts and dye jobs in the past).But Allison is unquestionably a gifted and exceptional hair stylist, and because of her abilities, I consistently leave the salon with exactly what I wanted and more.She is a true artist, and I am very pleased with both her work and professionalism.10/10 I wholeheartedly recommend Raven Hair Co.

I brought my two year old daughter here for her first haircut. Emily was excellent, very patient, and cut my daughters hair perfectly! Not too much, just trimmed it up and got it out of her face. The staff were all very friendly. 10/10 recommend.
