I don't do a lot of reviews, but think that terrible, impolite service deserves to be highlighted - because business take for granted sometimes that a smiley helpful face goes a long way to bringing people back. My issue is that I've been here a few times, and the customer service is either stellar or terrible. I'm not going to name any staff names, but the difference is SO drastic, you'll know if you've got a polite, helpful one, or a dismissive, rude one. Too bad, because I'd rather go where I know what I'm going to get when I walk through the door. Lots of selection here for moving supplies.

these guys have been an absolute life safer for my family’s small business. they have a great range of products and are really knowledgeable if you don’t know what you need. competency and good quality products is honestly enough for me to keep coming back but i have yet to interact with a staff member who didn’t leave me grinning and in a good mood either, and these days that’s absolutely priceless. if you need packaging supplies look no further, this is the best possible place to get them and the best possible people to support!

Reply was ALL LIE.. driver was there 13 mins.. couldn't get proper help. Owner choosing to bury head in the sand but anybody READ all the low reviews .... you will see common problem... RUDE!!! Anybody can bigup an behave so... and instead of 'president' address problem..write a lie reply instead. Again anybody READ ALL LOW REVIEW.. you will see

We have been shopping here for years. The quality and selection of products is absolutely amazing. Staff are always friendly and super-helpful with excellent suggestions to make the awful job of moving so much easier to endure. A place like this is so rare, especially during COVID times where everybody seems to have an excuse for lousy service and customer indifference. Have referred all my friends and family and they too are appreciative loyal customers. Keep it up GMP!!
