Was travelling from Nipissing Village at 3:30 to get food home by supper time. Called ahead so it would be ready when I got there. Was told no take out orders until 5:30. What’s with that? I asked what if I walk in and order and she said No. I don’t understand the reasoning especially on a Saturday night in Covid restrictions. Will never be back.

Awesome food friendly staff! Two years ago this was the case just tried to order food at 6:15 pm November, 26 /2021Was told no more orders as they had enough orders already to get them through to the 7pm closing time , also was hung up on when I asked why do you answer the phone not impressed never will I spend money here ever again!!!!!!

Calling this Chinese food would be extremely generous, a lot of this stuff was not cooked like standard Chinese. The general Tao was very breaded (????) and sweet without a hint of spice. The chicken fried rice literally only had chicken in it (I.e. not a single onion or vegetable), which is the first I've ever seen. At least it was edible.

Very accomodateting, I had a family gathering of 20 and wanted to have an early lunch so the out of towners could return home before dark. My food was prepared and ready for pick up before the doors were open and packed perfectly for the 20 minute drive back to North Bay. The food was absolutely delicious and hot, all 20 guest were very satisfied with their meal. Thanks

I have never liked their food, but I let me children convince me to get them chicken balls and rice during a power outage. After sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes the manager/owner came out. The worker left us sitting there with our food getting cold on the counter the whole time. Will never return.

Moved to Callander and found this little place. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. Great menu. Food is always hot, fresh and very tasty. It’s so good; in fact, that most days you have to call ahead and preorder to pick up later. Highly recommend to anyone

We had the Phoenix cater our wedding in October and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. The food was beyond delicious and the service was even better. They were so helpful in providing advice and suggestions that it made that aspect of our wedding so easy to plan. We want to thank them for all their work and accommodations.
