Reiser (Canada) Ltd

The Engineer Supervisor (USA) lost Reiser thousands of dollars in material purchases while I was his subordinate. The first time this happened he asked me to “not tell anyone” but it was discovered anyway. The second time, he tried to blame me at first but had to admit the mistake in front of the whole department. He was barely reprimanded. Later, in his role as intimidator-supervisor, he and the head of the engineering department tried to fire me on a complete lie which was easily proven to HR. Reiser proceeded to fire the HR person instead.I filed a complaint of racial discrimination with the new HR person and later the EEOC. In retaliation, Reiser had the new HR person dismiss me without cause. Reiser proceeded to fabricate false and unfavorable annual reviews of my work of 5 years and even forged my signature. They are currently under investigation by the EEOC. When they realized I filed the EEOC complaint, they proceeded to dismiss the new HR person!I would advise any self-respecting engineer to steer away from this company in order to avoid their (at best) unprofessional behavior.
