I see that there are many complaints about reaching the clinic and being kept waiting. I don't question other reviewers' experiences, but in two visits to the clinic we had no such problems. The clinic itself is beautifully decorated, and the staff were pleasant and efficient.Dr. Boukaboum is everything that one would want in a doctor. He is kind, patient, and caring. He explains clearly and without condescension. He appears to be highly knowledgeable and competent. We will definitely continue to use his services.

It’s actually crazy that you guys have good doctors working at this clinic yet everything else is so terribly bad. On 5 different days in the last 3 weeks I have been trying to call your office to get an appointment, after countless of hours of holding time I have to give up because we’re past 4pm and your service is closed. The secretary in the clinic greeting people never answers those calls based on previous appointments. To pretend that you guys have personnel handling calls in the back and they’re very busy is absurd. How can you be so busy on calls if nobody can ever get through to you? I also tried sending an email to get an appointment and nobody ever replied. Your clinic rating is terrible on google and you keep getting the same complaints over and over and you are doing absolutely nothing about it. It’s a shame that you are in the health industry.

Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. Every-time i get a phone call they leave me a message i call back line is dead trying to send emails cant get through been waiting 5months already.

Call them 4 times and never been answered. I’ve been put on hold for about an hour each time I called. Their website for booking an appointment shows there’s no availability and the email is not working. Some said it does, I would appreciate if someone would write it down because it doesn’t even say on their website nor is is accurate in the voice message when I try to call them.

Dr Boukadoum is great! I give him 5 stars! However, my one star is for the clinic. I wanted to cancel my appointment, but there is no way to contact them! No email, no voice mail, and even after one hour of holding 2 times (one call each day), no one is answering!Why not adding an option in the phone menus to leave a voice message for cancellation as other clinics do?!! It is unfair for the doctor and for waiting list patients that this cancelled appointment cannot be communicated, it is also time waisting of the sick patient (me) who wants to cance waiting over the phone and no one answerl!

I have to admit getting through the reception is a challenge but I call several times and always get through. Dr Boukadoumis great both my husband and I saw him. I would recommend to anyone.

This review is about the clinic. Do not call. A recording comes on and you will eventually hang up after waiting at least one hour. They do not answer the phone. While I was there at an appointment, in the waiting room, I decided to call the clinic from my cell phone. I wanted to see if the secretary would answer the phone, since she was in front of me, and I saw her sitting there playing with her cell phone and on google. The recording came up immediately saying they have a high volume of calls, while it actually did not even ring in the office. Therefore the phone does not ring there. Nor will anyone answer you. Don't understand why a doctor's office would do this.

I was given an appointment through JGH so no calling or phone issues involved. Dr Boukadoum was efficient and saw me within minutes of my scheduled appointment. My skin issues are resolved. I’m extremely satisfied!

This is beyond ridiculous! How can we reach this clinic?! Nobody answers the phone. We're in 2023, there should be an email option and voice-mail! Upgrade majorly needed.

Do you ever pick up your phone? And when you do, after 40 minutes, why you say just a min and then disappear for another 30 minutes and then hang up?!
