Horizon Autobody

My car was involved in a hit and run and needed repair. When I searched for repair shops in my area, Horizon Autobody shop came up with very high Google ratings and reviews. After receiving their services I can clearly see why! Muzill was very accommodating to my needs and provided a service car while my own was being repaired. He kept me updated throughout the process and showed outstanding client service from start to finish. I am very impressed with the work done by the entire team at Horizon Autobody and would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone needing services.

This is my second time going to Horizon and I will continue to do so whenever I need things done to my car. Once again, Muzil was incredibly kind, caring and professional and was able to get my car fixed quickly. I was given a nice clean courtesy vehicle while mine was being worked on, and when I picked mine up it was cleaned entirely! I was not expecting them to go out of their way to do this. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great autobody shop!

A wise person would learn from my mistake coming to Horizon Autobody! My car initial repair was poor because they cut as many corners as possible and they had to redo the whole job again, but they still failed to repair the car as per acceptable ICBC standards. The pictures show just how juvenile their workmanship is, in addition to painting the WHOLE side of the car THREE times “because they wanted to match the color perfectly”!!! If you like to gamble when choosing a repair shop, you can expect in this garage what happened to me: Paint blemishes, dust under paint, paint color not matching, doors chrome trim bent, driver seat had paint stains, rear left door weather strip loose and worst of all a quarter panel that is filled with filler instead of rolled out (or cut out) and replaced. I got a magnet test pen and was shocked to see it failed where the dent was. You do not want to apply a thick layer of body filler as the repair will not last as long. Eventually the filler will shrink and possibly crack, or even pop off! Now I have to find another body shop to redo the repairs after the disrespectful and unprofessional owner fought with me, belittled me, threatened me to involve lawyers when I rejected their repair results!!! Consider yourself warned.

Came in and spoke to Muzzill, his team did a great job and I got my car back very quickly. It was super straight forward and they were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Worst auto body shop around! Go anywhere else. Horizon Autobody shouldn’t be icbc accredited for the lack of professionalism and very tardy work. Had my car painted here about 6 months ago and the finish already started to peel! Worst, they were very late in starting, and even later on finishing. They don’t deliver what they say at all.. but if you have a bunch of time to waste and low expectations then by all means, give them a try.

They need to thank Google for shutting down 0 star reviews so I can only give one star. My car has been serviced at his address since October. It's been three months today. The vehicle's right rear exhaust pipe and the hydraulics for the trunk automatic switch need to be replaced. They booked the left exhaust pipe twice during the period and I couldn't get it replaced after I drove the car there, twice in a row. Then today they told me that due to their mistake the hydraulics on the trunk switch needed to be reworked and that it would take October to replace it according to their schedule. Don't go where they lost a few of their best mechanics, causing their level to plummet. Their reviews were excellent when we chose them, but now they're pretty bad. I would definitely report to ICBC, they don't deserve to be an ICBC certified repair shop.

Horizon Autobody is far and away the worst body shop I've ever dealt with! I wouldn't trust them to fix a sandwich let alone a car. I don't know how these guys get any good reviews, maybe they were great in the past but recent personal dealings with this shop has earned them a A rating" in my incompetency list."

I had my car repaired at Horizon Autobody a few days ago. Muzill has done a great job. My car looks just like new now! I found that he has even done some extra work to paint my old scratches too, which were not included in my claim. He is a very professional and nice man. I was so happy when I saw all the work he did for me, and I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone needing services.

I took my BMW 335 M Performance Package to this shop and I chose it by judging the reviews that I read here. Not sure if the reviews are authentic or left by multiple accounts, created by the business owner. My car was in a major accident and when got it back, it had numerous problems that were left unfixed. When I asked them about those problems, I was told that they could not relate those problems to accident (There was zero problems with my car before the accident, it was serviced under BMW's warranty and was not leased, so I took a good care of it). I had to trade in the car a week after I got, 12k was a net loss that I endured because of their poor service here.If you see a response to this comment by the owner, I can guarantee that he is going to justify his poor services in a very smart way. I hope you guys don't experience what I did with Horizon Autobody.

The repairs looked good at first, six months later I'm seeing bubbling in the clear coat and have realized the base coat is probably 2x as thin as factory.... also, paint peeling off like WTH? They did one thing really well, save themselves money on repairing my car!!!
