Rick is a pretty straight-up guy. Quoted me over $600 less for a brake job than Toyota. So long Toyota! I'll be going back for sure.

New to welland came across this shop and can say one of the best mechanics have dealt with in years. The owner is honest and fair which is hard to find with a mechanic. All the staff was nice to deal with. Overall a positive experience and will continue to come back for more repairs in the future.

There is a reason this place has 4.9 stars. You know sometime you find a little hidden gem, in the midst of a lot of bad that restores faith in good things. I just moved to the area from NWT, and have had mediocre at best service for my vehicle, motorcycle etc. And after a string of bad luck in the last few months , i had an issue with my car. Well I took it to canadian Tire and they need 4 days to a week to just look at it.So i called up this small shop, and despite being super booked they took me in last minute to look at my car. Expecting it to be a few days to repair, i got a call literally a few hours later that it was all done. TO top it off it was a FRACTION of the cost. Not only that they fixed my flat tire for nothing.If you want an honest mechanic that know his stuff, and one you can actually trust; i highly recommend this place. You have no idea how much this place turned my bad week around, and string of bad luck. Thanks a MILLION for making my month folks. Customer for life, and if i ever move out of welland i will still bring my car to this place if i am within an hour drive.
