Intact Roofing

A friend of mine used Intact and I ended up hiring them , Norman and his men did a great job on our roof and separate garage ,We used the Dynasty shingle it looks great. Thank youStrongly recommend highly knowledgeable. Great staff.

I noticed we had a leak when the snow started to melt from our roof. I found Intactroofing online and Norman came out immediately to discover that the rubber thing on the washroom pipe was leaking which he did replace for us and a week later, no more leaking. Thank you very much!

Shawn installed a new roof in my home in 2018. he was professional and very knowledgeable. In 2020, I had a leak and called Shawn on a Friday evening. He showed up on Saturday morning and tried to figure out what/where the leak was coming from. Turned out it wasn't with his work but someone who installed something else on the roof had created a hole. Shawn went ahead to fix it and did not charge me for it. This was 2 years after . Other roofers would have begun talking about warranty and so on but not Shawn. He is dedicated to his work and clients. Thank you Shawn, I appreciate your help. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a new roof.

Responsive and great customer services. Had a 3’ x 9’ shingle sections blew off during a wind storm. Couldn’t get anyone to come in as everyone was busy. I found Intact online and they came in for the recuse. They didn’t just fixed my roof but did a 360 walkthrough and fixed all the issues not visible to the eyes from ground. Thank you Intact! I called Shaun to fix an eavestrough. He had to come back in August for some minor repairs. He stands by his work and is trust worthy. Definitely recommend him for all your roofing needs. Plus, he's a nice guy.

Called them to review a job from another roofer that leaked. They were very responsive. They reviewed the situation and fixed several issues. Even took me onto the roof to see the holes that were left. I'd definitely recommend them.
