The owner, Pargat is the most unprofessional tech I have ever met in my life. He overcharges for services and doesn’t even know what he is doing. He is unresponsive to any complaints after his service. Do not use him if you are looking for a quality service and technician. He also has zero work ethics for a red seal professional.

This company was installing HVAC next door and luckily had a second unit on hand. They installed the HVAC that same day at a lower price than what I was quoted from other well-known installers (my house was fitted for, but not with an AC unit). I had no issues with their service and professionalism. There were some challenges with communication - hence the 4 star rating. Have been using the AC for over a month now and am quite comfortable in my home. I turn it on and it works. My electric consumption hasn't increased as much as I feared. I would recommend this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would.DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY OF YOUR BUSINESS!We got central air conditioning installed from him last year. When we turned it on during the first heat wave earlier this year, it didn't work.When I called him and told him the ac wasn't working he said sorry busy for 2 weeks" and was about to hang up. When I asked to make an appointment he said ok next week Tuesday and hung up.We had another company come look at it in the mean time

Heftily overpriced and unresponsive towards any further issues after service. He lied to me about the service he was providing, charged more than double the industry rate and the issue was not even resolved.
