Was very knowledgeable with giving us the information with what needed to be done prior to listing our house. When we listed the house with him he had the right professionals working with him. Had great photographer to do the pictures of the house. The process of selling was quick and without any issues. He definitely new the prices as we sold our place just over the asking price in less than a week. I would definitely recommend working with Chris for selling or purchasing a property.
