I've been with Cirrus for over 3 years and they never disappoint. Their support is really great, extremly fast and patient. They always question serisouly even if it's the easiest thing to answer. Thanks guys!

My web designer was out of that business and I accidentally locked myself out of my website. I needed to update three or four different items but couldn't proceed. Cirrus support was able to unlock my website access and I was able to make most of the necessary changes. However, my software did not allow me to access the header and footers where I needed to update a telephone number. Cirrus went the extra mile to locate the code and replace it with the new tel. number. I would have been unable to complete the update without their support. Thanks very much to all the staff at Cirrus Tech!

I believe it has been about 14 years since I have been with Cirrus Hosting. As ALWAYS they never failed me in any basic maintenance concerns to pressing situations to a very rare urgent repair.In a competitive market, there are probably 10's of thousands of scenarios of things that may go sideways on any hosting platform - private or VPS server as my situation of maintaining a healthy website is key and when things go down say due to WordPress plugins clashing with the server they have quickly as of today repaired my broken downed website.Today they are as professional as my first encounter with their services.Keep up the good work Team Cirrus Hosting.
