Needed tires for our old Buick Century. Found Metro Tires via Google search. Drove over to their location on River Road at the end of 7th off Westminster in Richmond.Location does mainly trucks, however they had used tires at a good price so I got a couple tires.Thought I needed four tires however, Raj the manager said I only needed two. Now that's honestly!!They put in the two tires and had me back on the road in no time. If I need tires again, I will definitely be back to Metro Tires.

I had a flat tire and had my car towed to Canadian Tire. They told me they looked at my tire and said it's damaged, and unrepairable. Then they told me I need to buy 4 new tires because I cannot just have 1 new tire. They indicated that all my tires were nearing the end of their life. I asked them if they could inspect my tire to see what caused the flat and they said they didn't need to - they could tell it was damaged by how it was sitting on the rim. A quote of $1900 was given to me for a new set of tires/install/alignment.After a quick Google search, I found Metro Tires, and gave them a call. Sodha said that 99% of the time a tire can be repaired. He said he would try and repair it, and if not, he has 2 used ones that would be good for my car. I picked up my car from Canadian Tire and drove it to Metro. Sodha showed me where there was a nail in my tire. He confirmed he could remove it and after inspecting my tire, after removing it from the rim, he determined that my tire was definitely repairable. His service and honesty saved me nearly $2000 and he charged me $30 for the repair.Thank you Sodha for your service and honesty!

I live in Richmond but work in North Vancouver. While at work last night noticed I had a flat tire. Managed to make it home in the morning on the temporary" spare which isn't meant for highway driving never mind driving under the present winter working conditions. Have to work tomorrow so needed to get my flat tire fixed. I was lucky and got in and out in 20 minutes on short notice. Service is just unbelievable and the price was very reasonable. I recommended these guys before and would again in a heartbeat."

Very genuine tire repair/ replace dealership. Many other leading name shop quote you a replacement of all 4 tires but they just replaced( 2nd hand tire) mine and rotated them for sooo cheap. This is my go to tire shop from now on! If I have any other car related issue I would call them amd ask to be referred because they are truthful and genuine and I would believe they would know other genuine ppl! Keel up the good work!

DO NOT come to this store. Exactly same tire 3 different prices depends on different customers. Employees are rude. One of the India guys say “pudi maa di “ to me. After I came back I called someone who knows Indian language. He told me it’s meaning of “your mom’s pussy”.
