something needs to be done about the workers. Every single time I’ve been here , and they’ve messed up an order they make it x10 worse again out of spite.One time when my mom complained , to “shut her up” they gave her 10 EXPIRED coupons(like 2007 expired)!!! Then she tried to use them and was basically laughed at. My poor mum.I’m sick of having to avoid the closest Tim’s to my house because of these grouchy workers.Happened again today. Made my coffee x10 worse because I asked them to remake it.

service is really good here but this isn’t a review on service but on the amount of garbage this location has around its site. See pic below. There must be over 100 Tim hortons cups on the ground here. This is an area directly behind the location and perhaps slightly off to the left as the wind blows it everywhere. Many business around the city think it’s completely ok to operate like this without any consideration for keeping surroundings clean, without keeping the direct area they operate in and make money clean of garbage while this happens everywhere the problem is most evident in Thunder Bay just take a drive around the city. It’s not enough in the 21 century for business to point fingers someone else because the business perhaps doesn’t own the property adjacent to it or in the contract the property the company leases is under management by the lessor. Enough excuses I clean garbage on my street where I live and I didn’t put it there. Tim Hortons clean up your act how hard is it to go out there and collect your garbage and keep the area around your store presentable? It’s disgusting are you not disgusted? Not to mention it clearly comes from the business’ operations!

The store is not doing well at all. I went to grab some food and drink for myself and then an old lady said to me that do it fastly, I have to run and I can't wait.This is really weird and unacceptable, I hope the management team will look into this and let their staff know how to behave to the customers.Just to hint, I got to know from my sources that she is the general manager or something. Being into such a position, this behavior is such a bad thing.

we just bought our tea’s from memorial Tims. All our drinks were so cold and all four was all milky. No tea. Water and milk yuck. Like they just added water and tea bag. Very gross and workers are unprofessional. I been inside before. And i can add Tims on may st also. Very gross and coffee’s or teas are always wrong. 100 percent of the time. I had all my drinks fall off the tray and women just laughed. The supervisor with the bald head is also unprofessional. I haven’t been to that one in months. But big thanks to Sibley Dr has some awesome workers please learn from that crew. Northwood too. And waterloo is the best. Others are okay hit and miss.

Bought Cappuccino, latte etc few times from here.... Such a horrible taste it was. Why this Tim taste is so bad when comparing with other branches..... You guys need to give proper training to your staffs.I always prefer to go to other tims to get better coffee..

Brutal. First two things I tried to order were sold out. Then they put cheese on my farmers wrap after I said no cheese. I have an allergy to dairy, but don't worry I started to eat it before I hit it half way down the wrap. Thanks for trying to make me sick Tim's, great job! Atleast your screw ups are consistent across most your locations.

We stopped here on our way through thunder bay it was about 430 in the morning and we were exhausted from driving. The girl behind the counter was just amazing she joked around with me while we chatted about the rainy weather. She was amazing and our food was hot and on time.
