Susan and Eric are incredibly friendly people. They made check-in and check-out easy and showed us how to use the e-bikes. They offered us ponchos and covers for the seat in case it rained on our little adventure, and water as well since the day was hot! There is also a washroom in the facility and parking is available. The location for this e-bike rental is great - you can explore Fort Henry and easily access the waterfront. It's just so much easier to explore the area on an e-bike! I already recommended to my friends and I would definitely go again!

My hubby and I had the most joyful experience riding Eric and Susan's electric bikes. They are awesome, kind, patient and so knowledgeable! We had so much fun we bought 2 and are over-the-moon happy with them. We are like little kids with our new toys and love riding them! My hubby can ride long distances but I can't, yet, but these bikes are the equalizers for us so now we can ride together. He can turn the power off and get his workout and then click on the power when he gets tired and keeps riding. I am building up strength and stamina by doing the same. It's a normal bike, with a power boost and SOOOO easy to ride. This is one of my top 5 best purchases I have ever made in my 60 years! Thanks Eric and Susan, we are so happy we know you two!!!

Hands down the best thing to do in Kingston. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We did a one hour discovery ride. The rental bikes are in fantastic condition. Riding around the historic Fort Henry and military academy is perfect for beginners not wanting to be on busy city streets. The views over the water are incredible. Loved it.

I am a 86 year old senior, and the happy owner of a Trivel E-Trike thanks to Eric and Susan , the owners of I-Cycle. No one could ask for better service and advice. I feel that I have a bike that fits my needs thanks to their knowledgeable help.

Ebike owners don't waste your time, they were friendly and openly willing to work on ebikes last season, but this season will refuse to even change or patch a tire on your bike, anyone who bought ebikes from them last season, best of luck to you, as they will now likely turn you away at the door.

We have rented bikes here twice in the past month. Both times the experience was excellent. Eric and Susan are very knowledgable - helping choose the best ike for you and walkjng you through everything you need to know before going out on your ride. We are interested in buying an e bike in the future - being able to try different bikes was extremely helpful.

I went for a simple brakes repair on my ebike but the treatment i got from the owners was indescribable. They are located at a very scenic part of kingston for those who would like rent and explore the nature around. They are extremely kind and passionate about their business and will definitely go the extra mile for their customers to ensure their satisfaction. It may have been a simple interaction but they have certainly locked in my business for life.

Went there today and test rode a bike that I'm thinking of getting. The guy there was friendly and answered all of my questions. Straight forward and knowledgeable. I'll be going back to buy a bike soon, most likely.
