We booked CDC for our wedding to shuttle guests between another hotel and the resort where the wedding was taking place. Was a very disappointing experience overall for three reasons. FIRST, after receiving a quote for one price, the invoice I received to pay shortly before my wedding was for a different price. The snuck in an extra fuel surcharge" and added a 15% tip. I was able to get the tip removed

Breaking down on the 401 in our Sprinter camper van was bad luck. Fortunately for us we were around the corner from Canada Delta Coach. Sam came to rescue us and had us back on the road in a few hours. Thanks so much to Sam and his staff for their friendliness and great service

Not a good place to work. Especially with the arrogance of who ever is the person who picks up the phone. She said if you are looking for a real job I need to come there to get more information. If they are looking for real professionals to work them then they should be more human dealing with people. Money is not everything but money is definitely something and I should know if it’s worth it to take a day off from my current job to go to this company and waste my time...

I’m calling around to get quotes for our wedding, and very glad I actually spoke to this company before choosing someone different! Upon answering the phone, a very bored secretary informed me that no one was available to give me a quote, so could I just email details. I asked for a call back, and after rudely taking the information she replied ‘so you can’t just send an email with all of this’ and before I could answer, claimed her ‘other line’ was ringing and hung up on me! So glad I didn’t choose this rude, unprofessional and extremely difficult to deal with company for one of the most important days of our life!

Sensational service !!! Used them several times and they arrive early everytime! Overall my trip to Niagara & Ohio we're very comfortable and the driver was very courteous.My third trip with our executives was incredible! That gives you that family comfort feeling and there executive bus is phenomenal! Great for corporate and personal use! Five star service, price and performance.
