Elements Osteopathy

I have had issues with my left shoulder for years following multiple sports and vehicle accidents in my early teens/20's and have found little relief with painkillers, anti-inflammatory medication and other forms of treatment common for my injury. I have had one session so far with Grace Haley at Elements Osteopathy and I am already trying to book another session! she has great knowledge of how the human body should move and within one session I am already feeling relief from the aches I have been fighting for years. the environment was very relaxing and she has a very calming demeanour. if you have doubts that Osteopathy works I strongly recommend Grace as she was very supportive and listen to what I had to say about my injury. Thanks so much again for everything Grace you are a very kind soul. I am really looking forward to not being so reliant on all these medications anymore.

Georgia is the sweetest! She helped resolve some issues I was having with my knee and gave me some exercises to do at home. She is very helpful in answering any questions that you may have :)Definitely recommend you see Georgia if you have any knee, back, or neck issues!

When in for a neck injury (whiplash) that happened on a boating accident at high speed. Pain kept coming back for a year. I went to Georgia for her services and so far my neck is pain free, while doing heavy training including martial arts and vest carry. Her clinic is very clean, she is easy going and stress free. Prices are very decent.

So grateful for the treatment I got here! Australian trained healers are so good! I have bulged discs behind my heart and it twists my spine out of place. She managed to untwist me and open it up so I hardly feel any discomfort there anymore for now.
