Admit One Home Systems

We have used Admit One Home Systems to install and service our entertainment equipment for several years and have always been pleased with their service. We recently had a problem during the Olympics and John and Bill very promptly got our system operating. We highly recommend Admit One.

I enjoy working with the team at Admit One, and it's nothing short of incredible. They've been a leader in the industry for years, and are always at the cutting edge of new technology. And on top of that, they're real people who are passionate about the work they do.

Called them for a minor repair on a system that they did not install. They were FANTASTIC! Easy to get on the phone, friendly, and very helpful. So refreshing to deal with a local business where real people answer the phone instead of going through a call center or voice menu. Wishing I could give them six stars on this review.

I used Admit One on my new home build. Everyone has been great. They are thorough at explaining things but not pushy. I realized after I moved in that I did actually want security monitoring, a video doorbell, and needed the fire alarm installation to be covered by homeowner's insurance. They were very helpful and fast at getting that added. It has been a year and they are super responsive when we have an issue or question with our TVs, sound system, or alarm system, even at night and on weekends. I just learned today when they were helping with some TV questions that they don't bill to maintain their equipment. What great service and a friendly and professional team. I highly recommend them!

Staff is very knowledgeable and informative. If u dont have a plan these guys will set u up with something awesome. The owner knows his stuff and customer service is top notch would use them again and again and again

Sure they did a good job of installing the system but I really appreciate their continued support. When Comcast made us get a new box they came out for free to reset the controls. When one of the components died shortly out of warranty they replaced it with a rebuilt one again for free. That is great service.

We have had an amazing experience working with Admit One. Working with Dan on the design and features of our home theater was so easy and professional. Dan's wealth of knowledge made the overall process extremely smooth. The installation of our home theater was equally as impressive. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and helped educate us on how to work everything. I would highly recommend using Admit One for ANY of your home theater needs.

Last year we hired Admit One to update some of the electronics in our more than twenty year old home. Everyone, from the sales person to the installer, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did we want a fully integrated media center (TV, DVD. Tuner, CD player, game console, etc) with surround sound and whole house speaker system, but we also wanted a built-in cabinet to house it all. And we needed to operate it without an instruction manual. Admit One did it all with exceptional, quality, superior design and easy to use. Their customer support before, during and after the install was and continues to be exceptional.

Right now I can't rate this place well as they weren't open during their posted hours M-F 8-5pm. Stopped by Friday 3/23/2018 around 3pm and the place was a ghost town. Thankfully the hours were posted on the door as well to remind me that they don't care about their posted hours.Their website leads me to believe this place is open to the public and I was interested in learning more about 3D projection options, so wanted to stop by like their website said to do:If you want to come see
