Steve is an amazing massage therapist! He is very accommodating with identified needs. He is very knowledgeable about the body and provides an explanation of things in terminology that is understandable! The space is very cleanly and service is always met with a smile and gentle demeanour. He makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the doors at Eleven Arrows! He has the best music playlists and lets you choose what you want to vibe to as he completes the massage!

I can’t say enough about how awesome Eleven Arrows is in the amount of room I have to write on here. I have been a patient here for 4-5 years now and have never had an experience that wasn’t excellent. I have received care from several of the practitioners but mainly from Paul Ganske for massage. I’m 62 yrs old and have a number of serious injuries that have been treated as well as recovery from 3 serious surgeries and the treatments have been a major part of my recoveries. If you haven’t treated yourself to a visit with the amazing health care experts at Eleven Arrows I strongly suggest you give them a call and set up an appointment!!

Eleven Arrows has a very zen atmosphere and the decor is cute and welcoming. Jess is a wonderfully considerate and kind massage therapist. They take the time to make me feel comfortable and have a great experience every time. I leave the clinic feeling renewed every time.

I have seen numerous RMT’s over the last 20 years, and Steve is absolutely my favourite. He’s professional, knowledgeable and I have felt at ease in his presence since the first visit. He never fails to pinpoint the exact location of pain and treat it so effectively. I always leave feeling amazing and ready to take on my day. I also appreciate the calm atmosphere at Eleven Arrows and that it feels less clinical than other facilities. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful calming space. I was impressed with Steve's intuitive ability to pinpoint my areas of pain and tension. He took the time to understand what I needed and adjusted pressure to my comfort level. I appreciated his caring nature and skillfull massage as I left feeling relaxed and lighter.

Paul is a very knowledgeable and professional therapist. Each session begins with a brief overview of concerns so that he may address each problem area during the massage. He always applies just the right pressure to melt away the tension and pain. I have been coming to Eleven Arrows for a few years now and have always received outstanding service!

I enjoyed my first craniosacral session with Jess today and looking forward to the next one already booked. I went in without really knowing what to expect and feeling a bit apprehensive but feeling so exhausted from life I made myself do it - I am really glad I did. I feel much lighter Thanks Jess :)
