I love their dresses, they're great for work. I've been there a couple of times and the staff has been very helpful.

This was my first time in this store and I will never be back. Aside from the fact that the clothes appear to be cheaply made and generally overpriced, this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while.

I was in there last week looking for a sparkly dress. The two staff in there were fine. The quality of the dress was not good and after wearing it one time for 6 hours I have scratches on my back and lower thighs. They also stated there are no refunds and it is final sale. I am very disappointed and will never wear this again. One of the staff members said on my way out you'll have this cocktail dress for a long time to come" . ..... .the quality here doesn't last a long time..... at all"

I would give them a zero if I could. What a horrible experience. I understand how the sales person delivered rude service as the manager Demitra was even worse. If you don’t want to waste precious time and your hard earned money. Do not go there. You will leave feeling belittled and upset. Very poor service for the downtown core. I would not expect that type of behaviour and attitude.

I’m profoundly surprised by previous reviews. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the countless professional items I have from this store - always fitted & lined well, fantastic for a young professional. Customer service has never been an issue, and they are always accommodating if a piece’s integrity is in question, early on.Very pleased, returning customer.

I went there with my wife and kids and it was a terrible experience I haven’t seen such a manner from a store manager short hair she using a fowl langouge infront of kids and yelling at the other stuff no one should go to his store for shoppping unlesss they change the stuff

I too wish I could give zero stars.You're supposed to tell people an item is final sale. If they are not informed, you should give them a refund. I'm a student that saved up her birthday money to shop here, and am now stuck with a $250.00 blazer that doesn't work with my wardrobe, and exposes my tattoo. Customer support" has ignored me for five days now

Overpriced clothes that are nothing special. The staff will lie and manipulate you into buying and they don’t have a return policy, even if it’s only been a few hours since you bought the item. Steer clear of this store.

Went to the store alone looking for a dress for a friend's wedding. The staff completely insulted and belittled my body. The sales clerk only said I would look good in the most paper bag like dress and insisted upon covering my arms. She also was poking at my posture and insisted that I could loose some weight after I said my bust was too big. The sale clerk mentioned many times that I needed something slimming and repeatedly told me I would not look good in dresses. I left extremely upset and feeling terrible. I did not need someone pointing out my flaws and was very uncomfortable when she was trying to fix my posture. This was an awful experience that I dont want others to have. It was extremely inappropriate and I want people to know this especially if they are going in alone.
