We used this storage space when our office was going thru renos. The staff (Brandon, Desi, Shelby) was extremely helpful at this location from start to finish. Special thank you to Desi for making the whole process extremely smooth and providing recommendations from time to time. Would definitely consider them again in future.

Well-organized and well-laid-out storage facility. There are 4 bays for customer drop-off or pick-up, and I never had to wait for a bay to become open. The storage lockers are clean, dry and pest-free, with a roll-up door to access. A few glitches with the alarm system, but that's to be expected with a new facility. Very friendly front-desk staff, and security and cleaning staff as well!

Storage worked well, although there’s only 3 working bays and sometimes you have to wait for a bay to open up. Emptying the unit in the middle of the billing cycle means you forfeit remaining fees with no discussion. Not cool.

Very clean, safe and accessible location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If I needed another storage unit again in the future, I would certainly come back to 194th! Thank you for a great experience!!!!!

Excellent and professional customer service. Very pleasant and helpful office personnel. Convenient location, clean storage areas and really affordable rates. No any hassle to book and use the storage. Clients can use storage until 9:00 PM every day. Plenty of the storage space. Also Sentential often has monthly discounts and clients can get great deal for the first 4 weeks of the rent.
