They were exceptional taking care of our dog Brian on our relocation to Calgary. Brian is a giant breed 7 years old rescue dog, with so much anxiety, separation anxiety and very leash resistant. Glenn, Dean and Emily (especially Glenn) were very helpful to answer our questions, and kept us updated all the way of the process. They did way more than what was expected, and honestly, I know my dog and his issues, I know it wouldn’t be easy, but it worked out so much better than I thought it would. And they did a great job, I highly recommend them.

I had to travel back to the UK at short notice. I must have contacted about a dozen companies in Canada and the UK. Most didn't respond to me and those that did said I needed three months notice as Heathrow was backed up. Amazingly this company got my dog a spot when I had almost given up.When I dropped my dog off I was worried about the journey and impact but they kept me updated with photos. One of the staff members even had a similar breed of dog and I felt reassured.They got my dog back safely. I am very grateful and my dog seems to like being near the ocean!

Amazing service from start to finish. I dealt with Megan and Glenn both whom were very professional and competent. They were great at keeping us updated about our dog flying back the UK and made the process a lot easier. Would highly recommend. Thank you both for taking such great care of our Dog.

We recently worked with Emily to transport our fur baby from Toronto to Dubai. It’s a big process to transport between strict borders and Emily handled the details and communication professionally and friendly between everyone involved. Although a worrisome process they made us feel confident that our baby was safe and well cared for throughout. Highly recommend.

Megan and team and IALYYC were amazing in helping me move Willow from Calgary to the UK. Such thorough communication and walked me through the few steps that I had to complete to ensure she got there ok. I was much less anxious on the plane than I had anticipated because I knew she had been in good hands and everything was taken care of for me, it took such a huge weight off my shoulders. Willow got through pet customs at Heathrow without a hitch!

All i can say is they’re simply awesome. They were a champ in handling Millie during our move to the UK. They sent me updates with photos that helped me calm down as she was not travelling with me ( she was on cargo). Even the team in Toronto did not disappoint. Such an awesome experience. Could not have had it any other way. Highly recommend

Amazing Service! My cat stayed overnight here and flew from Calgary to London. Megan is amazing and kept me updated on everything and was so nice and answered any questions I had.

Emily was very responsive, calm and communicated well. She helped us navigate the fairly complicated process, & our 14.5yr old dog & 17.5yr old cat made the trip safely from Toronto to London without any problems. Thanks Emily & IAL!
