I visit 158 The Esplanade often to see my friend. She always complains how terrible the co-op manages things & I agree. Management lacks proper planning & care for their members. I feel this place is slowly becoming the worst building in the neighbourhood. I live in the building beside 158 and we have solar power, new balconies (done right), central air and fob keys just to name a few. The building keys they use are 40 years old WOW. Unfulfilled promises, alleged kickbacks, unnecessary spending & evictions, lawsuits, unnecessary & poor quality renovations, balconies full of pigeons and the list goes on. I would suggest looking around at other buildings if you're planning to move to the neighbourhood

I payed an application fee to get on a wait list for this place and went through a whole interview process only to be rejected. Nice scam they've got going.
