Carstar did an amazing job fixing my car up after a mishap that occurred just before Christmas. It looks brand new, and they even took care of a few chips on the passenger side door as well as detailing the inside of the car. I got the car back sooner than I thought I would, and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians that worked on my vehicle clearly knew what they were doing, I'm very happy with the work that was done, and with the service I received.

Great experience having a repair done at Carstar Hamilton Gage. All the staff in the front office are very polite, friendly and helpful. They all even made sure to wish me a happy birthday knowing it was right around the day I picked up my vehicle. Also a shout out to whomever did the work on my truck, all he had to do was replace a side mirror and he took the time to remove and clean my giant floor mat that spam the whole front of my truck.

The entire staff here is fantastic and very easy to work with. Having body work done is never a fun experience, but this place gives you piece of mind that the job will be done right.

Awesome experience. After a car accident, I needed my bumper replaced. Carstar was a great choice to do this work. when it took longer, they arranged for a car rental, and when my car was ready, i just left the rental with them. They gave me extra paint for touch ups. They also fixed my door handle, which i never expected. Jenny was lovely and great to deal with it.Highly recommend Car star on Gage st N.

They worked on my 2021 Kia Forte after my drivers side door was hit by another driver. Their communication was excellent. Always keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs and completing them to restore my vehicle to to like new condition. The office staff and mechanics were lovely to work with answering any questions or concerns I had. They took care of a rental vehicle for me and overall they made the inconvenience of being involved in a car accident as pleasant as humanly possible. Amazing experience, I got my winter tires switched over and also had repairs done here after an accident. They were super efficient and my car came out looking newer than when I had first bought it! Only shop I will be using from now on! Highly recommend!
