I bought a used car from them in Nov. They happen to have used car which are fairly priced. They managed to pick me up from the Swart bay ferry station, which is nice of them. Sales person Jenny managed to keep the car on hold for me, instant reply and good customer service..Jenny helped me throughout the process. She got everything ready within few days.

[EDIT - the manager of this business has responded to my review below in regards to a 2005 Acura MDX, I have no idea what they are talking about LOL, this wasn't the car I purchased, clearly this happens quite often...]Poor experience unfortunately, I've been sold a car that was described as roadsafe and inspected by their inhouse" mechanics... I took it for another inspection and it came back with a long list of repairs needed

Bought a new to me Lexus GX 460 today. Had a great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff and sales team but most of all the owner was so nice and helpful. I didn't expect the kindness shown and was pleasantly surprised and left with a smile feeling happy and confident in my big purchase. No hidden issues or any sketchy things to worry about. All the vehicles seemed to be very good here. Not the typical rebuilt titles you see at other lots. That was another surprise. They only deal with nice, clean history vehicles such as Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW etc. Millions of dollars of inventory on that small lot surprisingly. I would do business with them again no hesitation. Very happy customer indeed!

Jolin is very helpful and professional!I sold my 2010 Lexus ES350 to them at a decent price thanks to her hard work.They picked the car at where I live.The whole process is very enjoyable.

I posted my car on Facebook for sale and one of the salesmen jumped right on it. I am in Kamloops, but the salesman rode the bus to pick up my car and took care of settling my loan with another dealership and all the paperwork. He was kind and made for an amazing and simple experience selling my car. I also find it neat that this dealership focuses on helping folks who have just immigrated get into a vehicle.

Was looking to sell my vehicle, Jolin was great over the phone and in person and when I brought the vehicle in for them to look at, they were very quick and gave me what I was looking for. Quick process. Amazing service. If you want to sell or buy a vehicle I recommend this place!!
