I’ve had some terrible/shady experiences in the past due to being a newer homeowner, Mark is extremely reasonable for not just same day, but SAME HOUR service!!My garage door wire had snapped on one side and the rollers fell off, leaving literally half my door hanging on top of my car. Mark was calm and explained what was wrong and what he was doing step-by-step. Also replaced my 20 year plus old Stanley garage opener with a brand new Chamberlain opener. He took time to install, test and explain everything to me. I called Mark this afternoon as a bolt had snapped on our garage door the other day which resulted in it not closing all the way. Mark came to our house within the hour and fixed everything in about 70 minutes. He took apart panels and straightened/reinforced what needed to be fixed.He took some additional time to remove and straighten out the hinges to ensure it closed better than it did before. He also tweaked the motor and explained that the speed of which it opened and closed the garage door was too much for it's actual weight.Overall, I am extremely happy with his workmanship and professionalism and would highly recommend him to anybody needing their garage door repaired.
