Today I went there to buy a lottery ticket and the guy working there named nihal or nishal tall . He asked for my ID and I showed him my ID and he started asking questions from me like I did a crime even after showing the ID and he started making faces like I can’t buy a ticket even people behind me started laughing. For one ticket he almost took 6-7 minutes to give me the ticket he started interrogating me like a police. I am 23 years old this is for the first time ever happened with me . I felt so embarrassed. I usually buy lottery ticket from this store but this guy was so unprofessional.Advice for the store owner Why you hire these kind of people who make your customer embarrassed. Which government law says even after showing the ID disrespect your customer.Though I look young that’s not my fault. Kindly hire professional people not unprofessional who make your customer feel embarrassed. Will never buy anything from this store from now.

The owner (old uncle) has cheap mentality. Honestly writing it with my personal experience . He just know how to eat and drink free food from Tim Hortons inside this esso.

Worst service , everytime when you pay at pump for gas they don’t have a paper in printer at pump . Washroom never ever clean dirty as hell .And when you ask them to put a paper in printer they will start arguments..unprofessional staff i wish google have a negative stars .

Can't post without a star, Dhaval does NOT deserve any stars.My 2nd time at this location. On Friday 13th May 2022 I went in to purchase a prepaid cc. I looked around then asked the cashier Dhaval where they were he didn't make eye contact or greet me just pointed! When paying by debit my card was declined/cancelled, he proceeded to tell me off since I tried inserting my card as per the instructions on the machine, he was annoyed that he would have to reset/reboot the system! A whole 12 seconds later all set and I decided to pay via cash and told him I didn't need another lecture from him. RUDE!!

If you want attitude and gas, come to this location. The cashier is full of attitude, and gas prices are high enough, his attitude is free. Stay away, far away, unless you want to get treated like garbage, then come here.

I went to this gas station and there was pre pay so i asked to person who is at gas station name kushal (he said) ,that why there is always all gas stations pre pay.. and he directly targets my community. He said p,,,,,,, community 90% stealing gas .. that is not good to target any community without any reason.. they don not have any right to target my community.. i request to the owner of this gas station i came at 8.30 am today. The person working at this gas station should be responsible respectful and should not say that this community stealing gas ... i hope owner will reply this review and apologize to target my communityThank you

I just filled up today 03/11/22 @ 11:00PM and still no receipt at the pump, I thought there would be improvements??????From my experience filling up at night on my way home, if I pay at the pump, 9 times out of ten there is no receipt in the pump. I had to go to the chubby cashier to ask for the receipt.

Stopped in to get a coffee and a snack, but I had to used the bathroom first…. Worst mistake, that bathroom is horrifying! It needs a serious clean and sanitized immediately!I didn’t even get anything from Tim’s after I had to leave.please see that this washroom gets a GOOD cleaning

I went into the Esso's Car Wash at 6:45 pm and waited in the line for 50 minutes (until 7:35 pm). As I am about to go into the Car Wash, it stops functioning. A guy came outside to see the problem (FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES!) and he still wasn't able to figure out what had happened. I was with my kids during all this as well, so it was an absolute, major waste of time. He then told me to go inside, tell the problem and they would give an upgrade. However I go inside and tell the cashier guy (his name is Dhaval) about this problem, and he starts cussing and asks me if I want him to wash my car with his hands. I have never seen this kind of disrespectful, disgusting service in all my life.
