The workers behaves like someone is forcing them to work while they are doing waxing making face no talking nothing doing fast fast it hurts or not no one care try to be nice we are paying you are not doing for free

During the week, the line is not super long. And the service is great. During the weekend the wait is a bit longer, but it's normal anywhere since people mostly have time on weekends. Very fast service.

I'm used to Dee's since I've been coming for several years ALWAYS with the same AMAZING esthetician. The only reason why i'm giving 3 stars is that u really have to get YOUR esthetician since the majority of the gurls are going to RUIN your eyebrows. I'm always going with Nasrin even for all my waxing. She is very professional, very sweet and she does an excellent job. If she move from Dee's for sure i'm not coming there anymore. Anyways, find ur gurl guys, otherwise your eyebrows will look EXTREMELY thin and a lot of them are very rude and does not ask u what shape u want and just go with the flow.

I love this place for getting my eyebrows threaded but they need to adjust their closing times if they are not going to be open until 7…Went on January 4th at 6:30pm and the doors were locked with no one inside…

Service is so bad. Went for bikini, she opened the door while my legs were spread and the place was full of people. She put wax everywhere and did not stretch the skin. There was blood and wax everywhere on my dress. It's getting way out of control I'm definitely never going back, there are places 10$ more but with a nice and relaxing experience

I never write reviews but I had to write this one. I went to get waxed at the Laval location. The lady was very cold, seemed annoyed before I even requested anny services. She asked me if I was sure I wanted to get all those parts waxed because “it’s expensive”. Then proceeded to make uncomfortable comments when she saw the hair… I was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. During the waxing she wasn’t holding the skin and didn’t care about it being painful. 100% not coming back. They need to be better with customer service.
