Everyone that I’ve encountered at Odd Squad is very welcoming and kind whether that is the youth that show up for judo classes, the volunteers, a board member or one of the founders.I’ve noticed that Odd Squad members are very recognizant, generous and appreciative of the help they receive. They are like a chosen family that is filled with a diversity of people.It’s a pleasant environment where everyone is determined to help sustain this essential organization and their mission.If you swing by, be ready for some dry humour and sarcasm!

My daughter has been studying judo at oddsquad for 6 years and the coaches and staff here have been a great help to my daughter growing up. It was her who grew from a weak child to a person with self-confidence and responsibility. Many thanks to oddsquad!

It started with a one day camp with my kids, and now they participate in judo training and competition, physical literacy, leadership, group work and volunteering. I'm very pleased my kids are part of this community. I really feel they're building the foundations to a bright future. Thank you very much Chin-I and Tobin!

Here at Odd Squad, I've learned not only about physical literacy but also developed integral aspects of life such as teamwork, diligence, and humanitarianism.I was part of a 4-day-trip away from home, and they were extremely welcoming and hospitable. During the camp, we not only cultivated new camping knowledge, but also learned how to support others and ourselves in life, paying forward things such as chopping and stacking wood. I look forward to both physical literacy with Police Judo as well as Odd Squad's other programs.

I truly believe it takes a village to raise a child ..Odd Squad has proven to be an imperative resource in my sons life. This camping opportunity (along with many other experiences Odd Squad has shined on my son) has helped me raise a grounded boy who gets to be around good people and take on great life experiences outside the home. I have Eternal gratitude for the selfless crew that makes up this non profit society!

Excellent place for all levels of judo training. Here you will find a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a variety of judo classes; including for youth interested in competition, recreational programs for children and adults, and tactical/self-defense classes. Classes are taught by multiple highly experienced instructors and coaches including current and former LEOs and active and former national and international competitors. All the training takes place on a fully sprung 1500 square foot mat space - one of the best judo floors in the Lower Mainland! This judo club truly has something for everyone!

Amazing people! Inclusive of everyone. My son has been involved in a few programs…Judo predominately and loves coming. So thankful for meeting Toby and Jenny!!!
