Edit:How was I abusive to staff!? LolAll I did was ask for clarification on why I was told over the phone that i could come in and when I did I was told that the Dr can't see me. How is that abusive?? You didnt answer my question, not then, not now, ridiculously unprofessional! I hope the practice provides some sort of training to their receptionist on how to answer inquiries and how to handle situations when they do provide inaccurate information. Shouldve read the reviews before walking into that._________________________________Called and asked if I could come in to see Dr. Jessam. The receptionist said I could and that she was available until 3pm. I came at 1:17pm and was told she could not see me because she's doing family practice today. When I asked why I was told I could come in today, the receptionist went I said she's working today

Dr. Cassam is one of the best Doctors I have ever come across. We have been seeing her at the walk in clinic for 5 years. The receptionists have always been helpful and efficient. Dr. Cassam has always gone the extra step for our family and has caught things early so we were able to take appropriate measures to treat our children. Everyone should be so lucky to have been treated by the wonderful doctors and staff here. Nothing but positive experiences.

This medical centre is by far the best that I have visited in Toronto or the Niagara area. The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. If there is going to be a wait time they will let you know. They are very understanding of the patients needs and accommodate where they can. Both doctors that I have seen at this location are professional and actually listen to your concerns. You are not rushed or intimidated by time limits or medical concern events. The doctors at this medical centre value and treat each patient with respect. If they were taking on new patients…I would not hesitate to become a regular patient of this centre.

The receptionist was quick to recieve me and down to business. After a 45 minute wait time, which felt fair considering the amount of people in the room, I was taken to the examination room. After a 15 minute wait, Dr. Sun lit up the room and quickly but thoroughly dealt with my problem. Every question and answer was with explanation. I felt very informed of what I could be experiencing. Thank you for taking care of me and I will surely come back if needed.

Was in and out super quick! Friendly service all around. I think it matters what time you go. I went first thing in the morning so it wasn’t very busy!

Lovely receptionist, but Dr was TERRIBLE with my 5 year old who has a neuro condition and severe ADHD. Refused to see her unless she sat in one specific chair in the room to start the appt (she was sitting on the exam table instead), then instructed her to get on the exam table after all that. Seemed more like she was assuming this was a poorly behaved kid, even when I explained multiple times that she has a disability. Appreciated the covid precautions, but did not feel they could provide adaquate care to my daughter.

I phoned ahead to make sure I could get my ear flushed and to ask if the clinic was busy. I was told to come in as there were only two people waiting. After waiting about 20 mins, the attending doctor told me I had the choice to 1) come back in one hour's time or so to join another patient who needed the same procedure (without being guaranteed I would be looked after if the waiting room was too busy) 2) come back another day 3) Bail out. She didn't even bother to look inside my ear. I picked #3 and I encourage potential future clients to do the same.

Excellent walk in clinic. They are open at 9 am (which is amazing, because most don’t open until 10), nicest doctors and receptionists and always seen really quickly. Longest I’ve ever waited was 35 min. (Also a great location because you can get groceries done afterwards is needed!)

The service was excellent. The doctor was very professional and polite. Went in with an ear infection and she prescribed the required antibiotics. The facility is very clean and the location is quite convenient.

Very disappointed in the receptionist. She wasn't welcoming. Very demeaning, unpleasant and unprofessional. Rudely ask to wear a mask. She said the sign was on the door and it clearly wasn't I ASKED WERE CAN I GET ONE AND SHE REPLIED RUDELY..SOMEWHERE OVER THERE. ... I did complied and upon my returnn while waiting to talk her. I decided to use the facilities and she question why I was using bathroom That was so inappropriate and violation of a human right. They advise ill get a virtual appointment by phone between 11am and 1p. It's 1;30pm and I'm still waiting
