Saanich Plaza Medical Clinic

My family has had a few telephone medical appointments through Saanich Plaza Medical Clinic in the past month. I was very impressed with the Admin staff and the doctors that we spoke with. Everyone was so friendly, caring and knowledgable. Thank you!

If I could leave no stars I would. I have never had such a horrible experience as I did today on a phone call with a doctor from this clinic. I was contacting this clinic with concerns about memory confusion with headaches that I've been having. This woman was rude and hostile right out of the gate. Basically, somehow... she was offended that I had not taken more than 500 mg of Tylenol for the headache. Unfortunately, the conversation was unable to move past her annoyance of me not taking enough Tylenol, to my real concerns which is not the headaches but memory loss and confusion. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete waste of my day waiting for this call. My mistake was not recording this call. Don't make the same mistake.

Referred to specialist in this office great doctors but the admin staff and Manager communication need a lot of help referred to surgeon and almost missed the appointment due to lack of proper notice called to try and communicate my concerns to Management without any success as they have failed to call back its people like this that continue to create chaos in the medical profession I feel for the admin staff here as manager set them up to fail

If I could give half a star I would. I went in with hopes on seeing a doctor and was told its all over the phone... After telling them I had just talked to a docter and was told I had to get into a clinic to get physically examained they still said they could not help me other then to offer me another phone appointment.. They were rude and seemed really bothered that someone would come into a walk in clinic looking to see a doctor.. I wonder how long they figure this model for care will work

I have to admit, I tried quite a bit to get into this clinic but alas, it is a roll of the dice with the medical system collapse. When I was finally able to get in, I was treated really kindly by the staff and Dr. Erasmus. I was so frustrated and in pain for days on end and I felt one unkind or impatient word would melt me into a puddle of tears but she was so lovely and thorough, I left feeling buoyant. I understand how people are frustrated but I'd urge you to be graceful of those doctors who are still sticking around - because before long we might have none left.

My experiences at Saanich Medical Plaza Clinic, and especially with Dr Mark Pearce, my family physician, have always been very positive. I have found Dr Pearce to be very understanding, always ready to listen, sympathetic and attentive. I am highly satisfied with the treatment and care I have received since I became a patient of Dr Pearce and I am happy to report that my health has improved under his guidance.

So today i called them 24 times , i made first call at 8:00 am no one picks up . I was trying again hoping someone will answer and book me so i could get my life labs results. So finally they picked up the call and put me on hold . I think there front desk lady was still in sleep and forgot that im on line . After one hour of hold i disconnected and called again . Then the lady said we are fully booked today and never apologized. Told me to go to another clinic.Very unprofessional, rudd, ignorant people at jons here.Good luck

Dr. Mark Pearce is caring, professional and patient-centered! We are very fortunate to have Dr. Pearce in our community. The receptionist is very efficient and responsible.

Dr. Mursell is caring, kind, and attentive. I was blown away by the service she provided and, the way in which she ensured I felt heard. Her approach was collaborative, ensuring she heard me out as I advocated for my own health and, sharing her insights, too. Without a Doctor for almost a decade, she gave me hope in my own medical journey and made me feel much less alone in navigating an often daunting system. I am so grateful for landing in her care.

I can't say enough about this clinic. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, ready to answer any questions we have. Dr. Pearce is mine and my husbands doctor. He listens to all our concerns and deals with them all in a kind and professional manner. He is a soft spoken ,and methodical doctor who covers all the bases to make sure we get the best care possible. We lucked out the day he took us on as his patient's.
