Aquasoft installed a water filtration system in my home and I couldn't be happier. Our drinking water is crystal clear and tastes amazing. These fellows are extremely professional and know their products well. They are top on my list. If you are looking for any type of water purification or filtration systems look to Aquasoft for a top product.

Very poor service, sub-par product. The price is good, but you get a product that reflects that. We had a water softener and UV filter as well as Osmosis system installed 3 years ago. We’ve had countless issues, a flood from a poorly connected pipe, a softer that wasn’t working for the last several months and when you call for service I was told we will get back to you , and by the way the cost is $90 before we even get there. I would definitely pay more next time to get a proper quality product and better service.

We’ve been calling MULTIPLE TIMES for a month for servicing due to leakages and loud noises on the water softener, every time the receptionist says they will look into sending a technician, nothing follows. If they are unable to provide the service, why not be honest and refer us to someone else? There’s now 20 bags of unusable salt sitting in our basement with a leaky softener.

New installation left with a leak and service seems to be non-existent. Have shut off water softener while waiting for service - weeks and weeks.
