Clark's Sunny Isle Motel

All the good things said in the previous reviews are all legit; clean, comfortable, everything works, wonderful location, and to top it all off, the owner is the friendliest gentleman you will ever meet that runs motel. Literally went out of his way to make our stay perfect, gave us all the information we asked, and made absolute sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The result is a wonderful stay in PEI, and we will go back to PEI just to stay at the motel. Okay, maybe not, that was an exaggeration, because PEI is really far away from us. But! My family has unanimously decided when we return to PEI, Clark's Sunny Isle Motel is the only place we will consider staying in. Skip this motel at your own peril!

Too much rules for a motel, like an army base;- You should put your recycle bin and garbage bin in front your door in the morning, if no, nobody cares- if you need a tried towel, maybe it’s better to go to one store to buy that instead of asking because it’s easier- you always scared to ask something, even a little question about a hair dryer- I never had a hair dryer in 5days I’ve been there.- the owner was very tough and unfriendly.- no acceptable customer service- to enough toiletries.When I wanted to go there, I was very excited to see a nice place, but it didn’t happened.I visited this place in August 2022, and I didn’t give them rank as rarely i write something bad about a place, but I decided to write something to help others.I didn’t find any positive point about this motel.To the owner;I wrote this review after nearly one year because I didn’t want to write, but as I’m planning for my new travel, I said myself I MUST share this information with others. I found them very useful for others.And everyone can see your language snd tones of voice here.I loved PEI, people are very friendly there, but you did not look friendly to me. It’s my idea.And one more, my wife booked the motel and her name is Negar. You can find her name in your database. Please don’t say: no.

Super cute motel, recently updated rooms. Common area and landscaping are well kept. Owners are incredibly nice, and their attention to detail shows!

We stayed here last minute and what a great choice! We ended up staying a second night. The rooms were clean. The grounds were fabulous. The walking trail down to the water was much appreciated. The bed was comfy. The staff were friendly and told us great spots to eat around town etc. What more could you want?!?

Service was good, bed were made every day, towels were replaced daily however the only reason why I am giving over all rating of 2 ⭐ coz I was bite by the bug in the bed. Didn't want to create a fuzz but I will not go back.

This was definitely the best motel I've ever stayed at! I was cycling around PEI for a week and this was the perfect place to spend a night. The room was spacious, very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The highlight of the stay was the beautiful beach! I read my book by the water for a few hours, watched the sunset, and only saw one other person walk by. What a beautiful location :)

You can't beat Clark's location and rates! We stayed here for ten nights and used this location to explore the island. Situated on a 20 acre park like setting. This totally refurbished motel offers everything you want and need.We chose a room with 2 queen beds. On purpose the beds have mattresses of different firmness, one soft and one hard. The owner Myles was an incredible host and provided restaurant and points of interest recommendations throughout the island.Every room has an assigned parking space and the wifi was strong.

We had a great one-night stay here. Our room had a back deck that looked out over fields with a glimmer of the ocean in the distance. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows very fluffy (and we appreciated that there were extra!). It was really nice that they already had the AC running in our room when we arrived as it was quite hot and humid. Summerside didn't seem to have much going on, but this is a great location to visit other parts of the island (or to stay near the bridge).

Extremely pleasant owners. Dog friendly rooms available. A great motel to stay at whole in PEI. The location allowed us to easily visit the entire island, plus quick access to foods for breakfast and dinners.
