I ordered 12 yards of soil to be delivered on my driveway during the day, the driver dumped it on the neighbor’s front yard. As well they were short on their load, a simple google search estimate 9 to 14 wheelbarrow loads per yard and I counted only 106 loads total, now at 9 loads per yard I am only missing 2 loads but at 10 loads per yard I am missing 13 loads which is over a yard. I contacted Pomerleau and talked to the dispatcher to make a complaint, he said he would talk to the driver and get back to me. It’s been over a week and I haven’t had a call back, I guess they don’t care.

Ordered dirt from them last year and it was beautiful dark top soil with compost. This year we got 3 yards of what appears to be fill. Full of rocks and sticks and a light almost grey colour. Guy came to look at it and said flat rocks and small rocks make it through the screen and didn't see anything wrong with the soil quality. Basically their topsoil is garbage and they don't care, avoid. He gave me $50 cash back for a $240 order, so there is that.
