As far as fast food goes, this location is...fine. nothing really stands out as good or bad. Food seems pretty consistent. Service is average for a fast food restaurant. This location usually feels like it could be slightly cleaner? Hard to describe.

Service was ok. Considering they really weren't busy. The food took a long time to prepare compared to other Burger King locations. Upon receipt, the burgers were cold, but the sides were nice and hot. Some of the tables were dirty, and we could only see one garbage, which was pretty full. Otherwise, an ok experience.

Man, when this place first opened, it was a huge disaster! Service was impossibly slow. I had been making the drive to Hespler rd. to avoid this location. Going there recently, however, the speed had vastly improved, and the quality has been good on burgers, but poor on chicken products. It's never busy there; I assume due to their huge flop when it first opened.

Best Burger King experience of my life. The whopper actually looked like the photo and was cooked and dressed perfectly. The manager and workers are on point. The Hespeler road location has been increasingly disappointing and I'm so happy this location is available. Keep up the good work

Staff here is very rude and even do not know about their system lack of knowledge and training. Asked for SPC discount I have SPC card and its in store. First they even do not know burger kings have these types of discounts and told without knowledge it must be online. I showed them and one co worker came and said we only have tap or insert they even do not know its not payment method. They do not asked their supervisor or manager. Its not about discount its about best services and information. Worst experience from burger king.

This location is a total joke. It's dirty, understaffed, under trained and disorganized. I honestly don't blame the employees. It feels like a situation where the franchisee is cheap and doesn't invest in their people. Unfortunate to say the least. Going to drive across town next time for sure. I'd probably get my meal sooner anyways. Lol

I am extremely disappointed with the state of this particular location. It is evident that there are significant issues regarding cleanliness, staffing, training, and overall organization. It is important to note that my dissatisfaction does not lie with the employees, as they seem to be doing their best under challenging circumstances. Rather, it appears that the franchisee's approach to investing in their staff and resources may be lacking, which is regrettable and the restaurant manager is worst she don't even know how to treat customerI'm looking for negative stars

Terrible service wasn't spoken to for 15 minutes. When I ordered he misheard that I wanted two combos instead of one and insisted I was wrong. I tried to have him correct it (before food was made, so right after I paid) and he wouldn't so I paid more than I wanted and should have.

Whopper Wednesday. It was Whopper Wednesday, so I went into Burger King to purchase a Whopper. Took it home to enjoy (was too shy to eat in). Meat was succulent and flame kissed, with that famous charred hint Burger King meat is renowned for. Lettuce was cut a bit thick, but made easy work of it with my teeth. Tomatoe was a generic beef steak variant, however suitable for this size of burger. Whopper made me smile, and was a nice way to unwind. This location in particular allowed me the freedom to express my Whopper admiration, due in large part to the lovely drive thru staff who assisted me with little judgment. Please find attached an image of me with the Whopper.Please note: I opted to hold the mayo and ketchup on the burger, due to past traumas re: sauce.

Went through the drive through quite recently and had gotten exceptionally good service from Owen. He was very nice and let me take my time ordering without rushing me. Would go back again just for that.
