The Staff at Rose valley and Dr May truly are amazing humans.They shared in the saddest day I experienced in my lifetime when I had too say goodbye too Goobie my dog of 20 years.They were professional, compassionate, understanding. And truly helped me find peace in Goobies end of life.Thank you all so much! Your job is not easy and I thank you for all you have done for us!! Dr. Mei at Rose Valley Vet is an absolute gem of a vet. Her calm, warm, gentle, compassionate nature is such a match for our sweet boy. She is extremely thorough, explains everything she is thinking and wants to do, and is not pushy at all about getting different exams done. She is very good at answering all of your questions and explaining her reasoning for doing different lab tests and/or procedures. We feel very fortunate to have our cat under her care. Thank you, Dr. Mei, for being so wonderful!

I wish I could give a thousand stars!!!When I moved to Kelowna I initially wanted to take my cats to Rose Valley based on the reviews of Dr Oz. We ended up taking our cat that had a congenital heart condition to Trilake in Winfield only because they do echos there. Biggest mistake I ever made. One year ago I experienced the most traumatic day of my life at Trilake when we had to euthanize our 8 year old Himalayan 3 hours after learning he was in kidney failure. He had been diagnosed stage 2 kidney disease and started on medication and all new food one month before. The doctor told us she was being pulled in multiple directions and stated I have 4 minutes." We had no time to ask all the questions we wanted to ask

They handled our situation with such compassion. Gave time to say our goodbyes. They have a special room where they do the procedure which made us feel very comfortable and peaceful. We so appreciate the staff for there kindness.

Dr Oz is the absolute best. We always feel like he has the best in mind when it comes to our fur baby. We live on the other side of the bridge but the drive is definitely worth it. Everyone who works there makes going to the vet alittle easier and friendlier.

Yesterday I had to take my almost 15 yr old cat in knowing the prognosis wasn’t going to be good. Dr. Mei was so kind and patient with me and my daughter and she helped me to do the right tests to be able to be at peace knowing that we couldn’t do anything for him…but without pushing more tests than needed. When it came time to put him down, she was so gentle and peaceful and I know he felt love and peace while he crossed. I was one of her first appointments that day and I’m sure she was swamped, but she made us feel like our Iggy was her only patient and complete focus. Thanks Dr.Mei, you made a horrible day a bit easier.

Dr. Mei is such a great vet! The staff are super friendly and there's kitty cats that live there that you can pet and give some love to! Super grateful that this is Milo's new vet.

Our cat Finely was attacked by a dog. He had some large wounds on his back and was missing part of his tail. His little girl was devastated to see her friend so badly injured.We took him to Rose Valley where he was given surgery to close his wounds and remove as much of his tail as needed.After a month of isolation in the laundry room, a few more visits to Rose Valley for laser treatments, and 1 re-stitching; he is now more or less fully recovered.Thank you Rose valley for giving this little girl her friend back!
