Quite a nice pub with a good vibe.Friendly staff, however, despite the big menu they only have limited options in beer available at any time.

Had to try baril roulant! Very cheerful and hippie looking staff. Nice cosy spot. Not fancy tho and very warm. I recommend! Havent tried the food tho i will definately go back + they have a place to sleep for very cheap which is worth if you have a few too many pints.

Eclectic brewpub on Val David’s main drag. Food and drink were excellent. The menu is perfect for sharing! They display local artists paintings on walls and have live music on occasion. I went out for dinner with my wife but I’d recommend forAnyone wishing to have a great beer with friends in a funky atmosphere.

Cute little pub with good beers on tap but absolutely terrible food. Pizza wasn’t cooked on the bottom; it was actually cold in spots. They also were clearly completely ignoring Covid protocols. No one checked our vaccine passports and none of the staff were wearing masks.

Cozy little microbrasserie in Val David, with nice small-town vibes. There was a live show the night we stopped by to grab a bite, so the place was packed. Friendly staff, good food and beer. The pizza was great, the nachos were OK but it was a little sweet for our taste. Would drop by again next time I'm in town!

Delicious nachos with home made ketchup (the ingredient that make you want more). Pizzas are personal size and are greatly enhanced by the sauces (check the number of Peppers). Best sauce is Newton for balance between taste and hotness. Enjoy the shade outside (outlets available).

Cool, chill place to have a drink and/or food. The menu is a bit small and some items might sell out. We had the hot dog, quesadillas and pogos and all were very tasty. The hot dog had a great 'sanglier' sausage and good bread. Would go back again.

Le Baril Roulant - Pub Val-David
Only one waiter working both the kitchen and serving customers but she did a really good job at it. We had some nachos and a soup. The soup was delicious but nachos where really average especially for the price. I expected a bigger serving and pretty sure there was ketchup on them... Coffee was very average too, drinkable but nothing more, it's a pub after all.

Le Baril Roulant - Pub Val-David
I came here after a 6-hour hike expecting a nice pint. What I found, however, was flabbergasting in the most pleasing of ways. The service was warm, communicative and homely. It was like being embraced by a warm breeze in an otherwise sterile world of mediocre service. Fully recommend.
