The UPS Store

The owners and staff are always so helpful and gracious. Among the other great services they offer such as pro printing service, this is by far the best place in Barrie to get a postal box. I love that you get a real street address (shippers who say they won't deliver to PO boxes *will* deliver to the UPS store PO box), and I love that I get an email from the staff letting me know if a package has arrived for me, and they set it aside in a safe place: No having to worry about porch pirates" :) Thanks for the exceptional customer service!"

This is the best location I've ever been to, which is way I keep coming back. They are so friendly and give you not only the customer experience but make you feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. They go above and beyond. They've actually stayed late on a few occasions to help me pickup very important documents. This is what Hometown courtesy and customer service should be everywhere. Shady and atrocious price offering for shipping. Didn't even give me an option that matched online UPS quotes. After some research found out that most likely they were favoring DHL which isn't the only option. Found another location in Barrie that was above and beyond this location. Won't be using again.Update to Response:Smaller town?? I was shipping to Washington D.C. - hardly a small town -capital of the USA. The lowest option you gave me was $68 CAD and I questioned you based on quote even from the Canadian UPS website. Another UPS store in Barrie was able to ship and confirm delivery with tracking for end of this week for $20 CAD. Your response very much tried to invalidate my review but funny enough since speaking about this several people have told me similar interactions with you. My original review is fair and again your location is shady at best.I suggest everyone do their research or at least use another location.

This guy is such a a****** I came to deliver the package everything was there he just wanted me to spend more money and then want to do charge me for extra and I said okay charge me but let me let that bike is go but then he said no this is driver won't take it and this is the problem that is the problem Are you going to the other UPS they took the parcel for no extra charge

Customer service is the best I've seen. Always helpful! Copying, passport photos, mailing parcels where they need to go etc. Reliable and friendly....great experience every time!

I have always had great experience with this UPS store. The owner is great and very professional. They are very accommodating if you need a fast print job. We recently moved so unfortunately I am not able to go to them as much however I always come here if I need to print important or complicated print jobs because I know they will provide excellent service.
