Up There Tree Care

We had an overbearing Manitoba Maple that needed to come down. Up Three Tree Care was considerate about accessing the area (taking down, and then correctly restoring, our fence) and cleaning up the residual sawdust from the tree removal. We can sleep easy now without worrying about the tree crashing down into our bedroom.

I had a massive branch of my Maple tree split and fall on my roof during the storm system that hit Ottawa May 21st. I reached out to Neal and he got back to me promptly, came and assessed the situation and returned and completed the work this week. Neal and his team did an excellent job removing the damaged parts of the tree without causing more damage to my property, left the area clean and hopefully saved what remains of my tree. Neal's kind, easy going manner helped alleviate the stress of this situation. His price was very reasonable for the emergency work required - he did not try to price gouge and take advantage of this situation. He is principled and professional. I highly recommend his company and I will use them again.

Our property has a few trees on it, and our street happens to act like a wind tunnel during storms, so one of the trees in our front yard ending up falling over from the heavy winds during the thunderstorm a couple of weeks ago.As the damage clean-up was not covered by insurance, or the City because the tree was located too far up our property, we needed to find someone quickly to remove the tree. I had met Neal through a former job, so I called him right after the storm to see if he could help us out.After a quick conversation that included assessing a few pictures of the fallen tree, Neal was over that same evening with everything he needed to clear up the mess. Everything (setting up tools, cutting the tree up, and sending the pieces through the wood chipper) was done in less than an hour. My wife and I were really happy with the quick response time, cleanliness of the work, and price for the job - all signs of great customer service and professionalism.Definitely worth a call for all your tree-related concerns.

Excellent work! We had a large tree removed that was in poor shape and very close to neighbouring structures in our small backyard. Up There Tree Care took it down very carefully, fully in control of each limb as they cut it down. Even several of my neighbours commented on the care that was taken to bring down the tree in our small yard. Thanks Up There Tree Care!

Neal did a fantastic job removing a couple trees and some dead hedges, grinding down the stumps, and doing a little tree trimming. He was super friendly and professional, and worked around my schedule to get the work done. Great experience, I would definitely use Up There again.

Neal and his crew did exactly what was asked of them, came when they said they would and left a very clean area afterwards. They were asked to remove brush and stumps and trim trees and they did an amazing job. Would recommend them to everyone.

Had a great experience with Neal and his guys. We had a very tricky tree to remove (power lines, fences, sheds etc in the way, overhanging ALL the neighbors' yards) and they did an expert job removing the tree safely and without causing damage. Service was also fantastic end to end - called ahead, showed up on time, very pleasant. Total trust in these guys. AND they offered the best price for their awesome service. Could not be happier.

Up There removed caterpillar egg nests in early winter from our tree. They performed the job carefully and thoroughly, while also trimming away dead branches. They cleaned up the debris and took the egg masses away. I would recommend them to anyone!
