I've been to this clinic a few times over the last few months to have my teeth cleaned, have fillings and my wisdom teeth removed. With every visit, I feel like I'm being tentativly taken care of by people who are genuine. The dentist was very good, he was very clear with explaining my condition and had a warm demeanour. The level of service and after-care is top-tier, highly professional. The hygienist is very diligent, thorough and passionate about her work (my teeth have never been this impeccably cleaned). I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for professionalism and great service. 10/10

Fantastic dentist office!This place is extremely well run. They are very organized with appointments and booking. The reception team is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They use state of the art equipment to drive efficiency and getting results for their patients. The hygienists are all professionals and my dentist is amazing.Highly recommend.

After moving to the area and not having visited a dentist in quite some time I was little worried about finding a new clinic.Dentistry in Newmarket was the right choice, very friendly staff from the front desk, to the hygienist as well as the dentist. They made sure I was comfortable every step and answered all question, the facility is very modern and clean, the technology is the latest, and the chairs are comfortable.

From the first phone call to book an appointment, I had a great experience. The staff answered the phone right away and was pleasant. They answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed ! When I arrived for my appointment I was taken in right away. They helped me check my coverage was top tier! Every single one of the staff including the dentist was amazing. I've been a regular here for a year now, and I gotta say, from the ladies at the front desk to the dental chair, everyone is absolutely amazing! They really know how to keep things professional and streamlined.Josie, in particular, is an awesome communicator and a champion for dental care. She's always on top of things, following up with both insurance companies and clients to get the claim status sorted. She's just got that magic touch!And don't even get me started on Dr. Shab - she's a true pro. Her precision in her work is seriously impressive. I was a patient of Dr. Steven's a couple of times and it was a wonderful experience! He is kind, honest, helpful, extremely informative and professional.
