Their service is impeccable! My husband and I recently moved to the Niagara Region from The GTA and our new home’s washing machine was leaking, damaging our floor. We don’t know anyone in this area and after doing some research, we decided to give Doug Swartz Appliance Service a ring. After a very easy and tranquil phone call and a quick in-person assessment of our machine, our machine was no longer leaking within a week! New parts had to be ordered and arrived in no time and Austin installed them with ease. He was extremely polite, professional and efficient. 100% booking service with them in the future for any appliance needs as we will be doing loads of renovations. This experience has reassured me that we moved to the right area and most definitely picked the right service team as they are so friendly and helpful (fairly priced too)! So happy with the service provided!

We have been purchasing appliances from Doug for many years. Recently, we had an issue with our Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. We had a local service technician look at it and he told us that he would order some parts and get back to us. He got back to us and told us that it would be just over a week for the parts.At that point, I contacted Doug. Doug was able to quickly identify the part we needed on the phone. Doug was also able to order it and have it at his store within 2 days.We contacted the service technician and informed him that we had sourced the part and that it would be here in 2 days.When he arrived to install the part, he thought that it was the wrong part. At that point, we contacted Doug. Doug spoke with him for 5 minutes and assured him that the part we had would fix the problem. Doug was right. A quick installation and all was fixed. Saved us a bunch of time and money.Doug and his staff really know their stuff and have always treated us very well. That is why we travel to Port Colborne to purchase our appliances.

Just bought a new dishwasher and installed it. Had an issue with it draining. Service techs came out and found issue so fast. Gave us a run down on the appliance and operating tips. Definitely use them again as my first go to guys

I bought a dishwasher online from Bestbuy. I thought I had ordered installation but did not. In any case Swartz came out next day and installed the dishwasher that was delivered. The installation was difficult as the granite counter top was placed on top of old dishwasher without accommodating dishwasher removal/install. Again, Swartz came through and did what was needed to fit and install the new dishwasher. All works well and looks great!

I made my first purchase of an appliance from Doug Swartz while serving as a pastor in the Port Colborne area.Since then I have bought more appliances and as recently as July 16/19 my wife and bought and had installed a new high quality airconditioner WHY? Because, prompt caring service . and friendly competence is what you get from Doug Swartz and his people. Reliability competence and honesty is what you can expect.

When our oven needed replacement, I reached out to DSA. They located the model we wanted very quickly and ordered it in for us. Naturally, with COVID-19 there were some delays with shipping that were out of their hands, but they were in regular contact with us, updating us throughout the process. With the birth of our first child scheduled for Monday, it was important for the replacement to be in before then, but an error with the shipping company resulted in the unit not arriving on time. Doug's team immediately reached out to the shipping company and arranged for a special shipment on Saturday morning. When they received it, Doug and his son immediately delivered and installed it on the same day rather than wait for the next available business day. We are so appreciative of Doug and his family for understanding our worries and acting quickly to alleviate even some of it during this stressful time in our family.

I purchased our appliances from Sears and experienced an issue with our range cook top within the 1-year warranty period. Our service call was relayed to Doug Swartz' team by Sears. Doug responded quickly in contacting me to arrange an appointment time for his service technician (Brad) to come out and fix the problem. I was very pleased with Brad's efficiency in dealing with the problem and replacing the necessary part; most especially for his professionalism and respect for my home. Very pleased that Sears placed my service needs in Doug's hands and would recommend their services.

Austin was a great service tech to repair my washer today. His professionalism and expertise really showed as he diagnosed the issue I was having. He even explained the issue and showed how I can prevent it from happening in the future. I would highly recommend Doug Swartz Appliance Centre and their staff for your next repair!
